Set in the largely unknown paradise of Singleton Beach, our beautiful, Charleston-style home is the perfect setting for your next seaside escape. Whether you’re hoping for a sun-soaked week in July or a romantic weekend in November, you are sure to find exactly what you’re looking for at Casa Bella del Mare.
Casa Bella is a stone’s throw away from one of Hilton Head’s most amazing and private beaches. You can walk there in under ten minutes, and take in some of the most pristine natural parkland on the island: an open salt marsh fed by tidal streams and a long stretch of uninterrupted blue sky. Still, if you’d rather relax than walk, there’s an on-demand shuttle service waiting to take you there from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, every day except Saturdays, Memorial day through Labor day.
After a long day in the sun, catch a ride back to Casa Bella, where every amenity is waiting to make your stay pleasant and fun. On the first floor you’ll find a bright, open great room decorated in West Indies style, complete with a gas fireplace and a flat screen television that is almost distressingly big. You can tune into whatever cooking show you choose and make up a gourmet feast in the fully equipped kitchen, which features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and saturnia floors.
For dinner you can sit at the table, which seats eight comfortably (though we've squeezed ten), or opt for one of the four stools at the breakfast bar. Later on have a nightcap on the veranda, or better yet head to the pool area downstairs. You’ll find an 18’ x 8’ pool, a table and chairs, a gas grill, and even another television should you care to throw in a movie while you swim. There is a full bath poolside, as well as an outdoor shower for those post-beach hosedowns.
When the day is done, there are seven bedrooms waiting to wrap you in comfort and send you off to sleep. The first of these is on the main floor, with a queen bed, a lounge chair, and a full bathroom. On the second floor are four spacious, comfortably furnished bedrooms. Each of these is unique and beautifully decorated, and each has an en suite bath. There are two bedrooms with massive king beds, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds, easily convertible to a fourth king bed. Also on this floor is the laundry room for washing those endless loads of sandy beach towels.
On the third floor is the Master suite, with a rattan king bed, a sitting area complete with yet another television, and a bar-height table with two chairs. Feel free to slip open the sliding glass door and step out to the private balcony, which overlooks the marsh and peeks at the ocean. The final bedroom is also on this floor, and is perfect for the kids. It has two trundle beds to sleep a total of four, a television, two swivel rocking chairs, and a private bath with dual sinks and a shower.
The Singleton by the Beach community is small and new, with rows of colorful houses set away from the bustle of Hilton Head’s main thoroughfare. A block away from Casa Bella is the town's public park with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, as well as a playground for your use year-round. Also close by is the island-famous Barnacle Bill’s Fresh Seafood, where you can pick up dinner straight from the boat.

You will certainly enjoy this beautiful house, just as my family of 17 did. The kitchen was fully stocked, beautiful finishes and decor, and plenty of room for the largest of families. The beach shuttle was fantastic, and made a beach trip a breeze. The pool was too cold for us to use, as it's shaded from the sun, but we were able to make use of everything else. The downstairs area by the pool was great for enjoying, has a full bathroom, and a TV. The owners are about as nice as you can ask for, and always had a very quick response. Also nice to know are the parks, walking trails and basketball courts within a short walking distance from the home. You will enjoy this house at the family-friendly HIlton Head for sure!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We recently stayed at Casa Bella Del Mare and had the best week ever. The home is beautiful, clean and very well stocked. The room with the two twin beds and trundles worked great for our four kids ranging in age from 12-15 years old and everyone else had a room with a bathroom attached and the beds were very comfortable! The only problem we had during our stay was that the dryer did not work very well and we had to keep opening it and letting it cool down. It took forever to dry the clothes. The beach is beautiful and only a short walk away. We loved the home and hope to stay again in the future. Would definately recommend to a friend...unless they were planning to go the same week as us!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is our second time visiting the Singleton Beach area and we have truly found a wonderful vacation home in Casa Bella! This rental property easily accomodated our party of 16. Everything about this house is first-class! The decor is updated, inviting and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped for meal prep, very important to us as we eat most meals at home. The swimming pool was a hit with our 6 kids everyday when they returned from the beach or bike rides! We did not have parking issues that another reviewer mentioned. We had 5 cars, 2 were parked in the drive way...the other 3 were parked just a short walk away in the overflow parking cul-de-sac. Very pleased with rental company and check-in process. The house was ready to go when we arrived and the maintenance service was very prompt when we need a few light bulbs replaced, etc. We have already contacted the owner about renting again next summer and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fabulous beach retreat!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for renting us your lovely home. I came with my wife, daughter, son, niece and nephew with their families, 18 of us in all. From the moment we stepped inside this fantastic refuge, we knew we had found a jewel of a vacation property. It could not be more perfect! We have determined that one of our New Year's resolutions is to come back again. I am a minister and I can honestly say that this is the place to come and relax. Wonderful house - beautifully decorated. Our family really enjoyed the beach and riding bikes everyday. We plan to be back in Hilton Head next year.
