This beautiful home comes fully furnished for you and your family. We have an on site guard named Carlos' that lives in his own home on the property and is a wonderful, kind gentleman.
The home can also be rented with a full time chef/maid for an additional charge. She is absolutely amazing and only lives about a mile away. The beach in front of the home is known as one of the most premier beaches in all of Latin America, and that is why Jack Nicklaus is putting "Seaside Mariana" only a couple miles south of our home. The beach shelf is so gradual that in low tide, there is about 100 yards of beach exposed. We also own a vacant lot about 250 yards north of the home. This lot IS ON THE WATER and is included in the rental for your enjoyment. Although the house is only about 60 yards from the water, this lot serves as a great shaded area while your family is playing in the water all day.
A short walk up the beach in the morning will get you to the fresh seafood market. All different types of fish, lobster, and crab can be purchased just as soon as it makes it's way off the local fishing boats. It doesn't get any fresher than that. There are horseback rides on the beach and four wheelers for rent as well.
There are a couple of resorts in the area, one being Hotel Vista Mar and the other being a Barcelo Resort called Montilimar. The home is located in Pochomil, which is an older development that is the home to many Nicaraguan Diplomats, and is the closest beach to Managua. The road is paved all the way to Pochomil which is a huge plus in Nicaragua.
We can arrange for a friendly, bi-lingual friend of ours to meet you and show you where to buy food for the week and even escort you to the home.

We had a great vacation at Casa Del Mar this April. The house was very clean and comfortable and the multiple hammocks on site are to dream for. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quite, clean comfortable getaway on the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. Thanks again Damian Morgan
