If you love P-town but not the summer crowds or noise, this beautiful Cape Cod "Ah" house located on a quiet residential street offers all that P-town has... only 3 blocks from the center of town and ferry and 2 miles in the other direction you arrive at Race Point Beach. Great bike path to peddle to your favorite beach.
Close to everything: restaurants, shows, art galleries and nightlife. Just about everything is a 5 to 7 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride.
This cozy 3 bedroom cottage has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom. This three bedroom include a queen size bed in the upstairs master bedroom. Across the hall is a full size bedroom to go along with the full size bed. The third bedroom is located downstairs and includes a queen size futon. There is a full size pull out couch in the sunroom, if you prefer.
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, AC if requested, off street parking for TWO cars in the private driveway, private backyard with deck with seating and gas grill. A view of the monument from the upstairs bedroom and bath room. TV/DVD, satellite TV on a big screen. Wireless internet provided.
The house is on a corner lot with a big front yard especially for P-town, with a hammock to stare at the sky, as you watch the time go by. The backyard is a secluded spot with a fire pit and a great spot to have your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The sunroom slider allows for easy backyard access.
Looking for tenants to be respectful of our house and our mainly year-round neighbors. (Definitely Not a Crazy Party House)

About the owner: Hi, I am Mariann and have travelled all over the world but love to come home to P-town. It offers the best of nature yet the crowds, restaurants and shopping are just a few blocks away. I really enjoy all that the area has to offer and know that you will agree. It's a great place to unwind at the beach and rewind with the night-life. I love the biking, hiking and kayaking but also enjoy listening to the surf as I file through a good book.
Why the Owner Chose Provincetown:
I came to P-town to take an art class and decided to stay. The area is breathtaking. Where else can you see the sun rise and set depending on which beach you are at. Being surrounded by the forces of nature... Sun, surf, wind and sand. The biking, hiking, swimming and kayaking are great ways to wile away the summer.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is on a corner lot... plenty of space. Awake to the sound of the birds. Once you're up and about... Head to the private fully enclosed backyard with coffee in-hand and let the sun warm your face. Later, take a bike ride to the beach (Race Point) 2 miles away. Stop by Connie's bakery and load up with fresh bread and chicken salad and other goodies to make your day at the beach the best. Soak up the sun. Head back for dinner and drinks with friends. The restaurants are a quick walk away...3 blocks to Commercial St. Head back to the house and get a good night sleep in this quiet neighborhood.
