  We went up with 2 familys and each of us 2 kids, so 8 total people. The house was big enough for a whole nother family. We had a bedroom that we didnt even go in. All of our kids stayed in 1 room and hung out on the bunk beds and watched tv at night. With 2 master bedrooms nobody had to fight over the rooms. The garage is huge and we brought our kids scooters and they rode them in there when we got back from the lake and had a blast. Lake Mohave is 5 mins away(closer then the casinos). Jarrod is super easy to work with and has a great set up there, the property manager live accross the street. So, you just pull up and walk across the street to pick up the keys. The house is super clean and well taken care of. Thank you for letting us stay there!!! P.S. I hope next time we get to use his boat...lol

  Owner was great in every aspect.. Everything was as promised, house was practically new, answered all my questions promptly. Very centrally located if you like, Katherine Landing, Davis Dam camp and Bullhead City park as your daily water hotspots... not to mention Casino drive right across the bridge.. Looking forward to next year

  We had such a good weekend! The house was clean and well maintained! We will definitely stay again! We also watched the firework show at the Avi Casino and they were amazing!

  Once again a great stay. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Great location out of the way yet close to all the Bullhead/Laughlin have to offer. We consider this our home away from home and plan to stay again soon! Thanks Jarrod.

  Great rental property. Jarrod is a great guy to deal with. House was very nice and modern, in a quiet neighborhood. Will consider this property when renting again and recommend to others looking for a rental. Our deposit was returned within 24 hrs of checking out. Six adults and 6 kids with plenty of room for everyone.

  Our group of families recently stayed in this fantastic, nicely appointed home. This is not your typical vaction rental. It is fully stocked and is very welcoming. Anything you may need is readily available. You get the impession that the owner is saying, "it's here if you need it." We were thrilled to find seasonings in the cupboards and of course left more in the frig than was there originally. The beds were soooo comfortable. We brought our own linens, but next time will just do laundry as everything is furnished. The listing states "no pets"; however, there were droppings in the backyard which had not been cleaned up. Only recommendation would be to add small televisions in three of the four bedrooms (kids room has a TV) so that adults may retreat in the evening to enjoy their own programs. We'll never stay in noisy, bed bug hotels again while visiting Laughlin; this house is awesome and close to everything!

  This place was awesome! Very new home and well maintained. Place was super convenient for parking of toys and very close to the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay...thank you Jason!

  The listing description was right on the money and iIt was exactly as wrriten and the pictures shown really show how nice the house is. The house is so clean and is decorated like there is always someone living there. Everyone room is themed and that was so cool and really gives it the feel of warmth and the comfort of home. It gave us the feeling of being home. It was fully stocked with linens, towels, laundry detergent (although we broght our own) and just about everything else you would need in a home. The kitchen is really roomy and we cooked a big breakfast and dinners there every night and I loved the bar stool sitting so that we could feel like we were at a bar enjoying our food and drinks. The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful every morning and evening. Great view of the sorrounding mountains and you can see the Riverside Casino from the backyard. We found some beach chairs and just sat out in the back yard watching the sky, clouds, hundreds of stars and the moon. Priceless. The most awesome thing was that we found an iPod plug in in the garage and that was totally awesome. Thanks for that, since I forgot mine at home. I have already scheduled renting this beautiful home for next years Laughlin Run, which renting this home made our trip even more memorable. Centrally located to all the festivities and shopping as well. The neighbor is really nice with beautful custom build homes all nicely landscaped and well kept. It was also a very quite residential neighbor with nice neighbors. I will be recommending this rental property to all my friends and family that is for sure. Nice to be so close to the casinos and all the full camping and boating activities. The owners could not have been more accommadating, the nicest couple and they had the patience of a saint waiting to here back from me on the confirmation and also allowed us to stay an extra day. I have stayed in many homes in Florida, Texas, Las Vegas, Colorado and this was one the smoothest transaction that I have experienced to date. Thank you so much for making this trip a special one.
