My family has been visiting Myrtle Beach for 36 years and we have stayed from North Myrtle to Pawley's Island in rooms, suites, condos and villas. This is the BEST place we have ever stayed. Very clean, amenities are great, plenty of linens, kitchen ware, storage, closets and overall ROOM for our growing family. This condo is top of the line and this location has access to everything and everywhere. The owner was very professional and very pleasant to work with! This will definitely be the first place I will try to reserve for our next visit to Myrtle Beach. Thank you for letting us stay at your amazing condo!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday. The condo was large enough for all five of her children (and spouses) to stay comfortably. We enjoyed the view from the balcony in the mornings, and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The condo living area was perfect for a gathering space, but the condo was also large enough when we needed our own space. Broadway at the Beach, The Carolina Opry, and the Boardwalk were all close enough to enjoy! We would absolutely visit this condo again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family of 6 arrived in Myrtle Beach on March 9th at 11am, well before check in time of 4-7pm. We had a long drive from Ottawa, Canada the night before and emailed Mohamed to see if we might check in a little earlier. Because his cleaners were finished before schedule, he offered his property to us for noon! This was incredible and very generous. Not having to pick up keys was a huge convenience as well. We arrived at noon and were surprised to find that the great reviews on various sites were accurate but understated compared to the actual location, size and luxury of this condo. The 8th floor view is wall to wall ocean and because this unit is a corner you get the side southern views as well. The balcony is oversized and extends to the master bedroom. There is another balcony facing west off another bedroom. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have ensuites and walk-in closets. There is a 4th full bath as well! The master ensuite is huge with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The 2 other ensuite full bathrooms are large as well. All beds are very comfortable and well appointed. We slept better at this condo than at home which is an absolute 1st. The kitchen has everything you could want and more and the owner has anticipated everything you could want or need including 2 drip coffee makers & an expresso maker...quality knives, cutlery, dishes - lots of large bowls, pans, pots ...Little touches like Saran wrap, ziplock, foil & toilet paper, paper towels, dish, laundry soap, hair dryer, flat hair iron - we couldn't believe it! Although the weather was a little too cold for the ocean, there were boogie boards at the condo we could have used. We (49 years old) travelled with a 15, 17, 18 and 70 year old and everyone loved the condo, the space, the beauty, the comfort, the location and the 7 TVS! the separate games room in this condo - the indoor lazy river, hot tub & pool and outdoor pool... This unit and condo building are a hidden gem - close to the strip but not too close and you can walk to restaurants, the piers, the parks and so much more. Covered parking for 2 cars as well as interior corridors which is hard to find in MB. Super fast elevators and luggage cart too. In our over 20 years of renting vacation homes, this was our very best experience from start to finish. Thanks again Mohamed! Mohamed, Thank you so much for renting your beautiful condo to my family. We had such a great time with friends and family. Your condo exceeded our expectations. I was impressed with the fully applianced kitchen, douple ovens, fridge & dishwashers and the generouse amounts of dishes, silverware, pots & pans etc. Condo had a great view of the ocean and was located close to shopping & night life. The stay at the condo was very comfortable. Everything was as advertised. Just want to mention that the hand held shower head fell off when it was first used so we did not use the balance of the stay. The rainwater showerhead was excellent. Location was excellent. The place was better than advertised! Not only was the property very clean but all the furnishings were comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen was a dream with two refrigerators, two dish washers as well as stocked with plenty of plates, bowls, pots and pans making home prepared meals very easy. The beds were all comfortable and plentiful so sleeping arrangements were never an issue. The condos 4 bathrooms made getting ready for going out a joy! In addition the condo has more flat screen TV’s then one group could ever use and the 53” one in the main living room made it easy for everyone to easily watch. The views and the porch alone would be worth the rental but when everything else is included you can’t miss with this condo. The owner was very easy to work with and greeted us to make sure we were comfortable. If you want to know what it’s like to live the good life rent this condo!Did you find this review helpful? First, it was very nice meeting you. Our Thanksgiving stay in your home was wonderful It was so great to have such a spacious place to gather. We had three families staying and we never once felt like we were tripping over each other. We even cooked the whole Thanksgiving meal and it was certainly helpful to have two refrigerators, two ovens, and two dishwashers! Your home was truly a perfect fit for us and the children loved the pool and lazy river! The weather was perfect and we were on the beach each day...couldn't ask for better weather at the end of November. We will certainly recommend your home to others. This is the second time my entire family has stayed in condominium number 803. The owner is a fantastic man in his professional life and takes pride in the accommodations he provides for families to enjoy luxury while staying in Myrtle Beach. The condominium is beautiful, directly on the beach, has all the amenities a family would ever desire and with views from the 8th floor that are continually breathtaking. I would recommend highly anyone staying here, you will find that the owner is a man of his word and will do anything he can to ensure your stay in as fantastic as you are hoping.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

RENTAL AGREEMENT This RENTAL AGREEMENT, made and entered in today, by and between you as party of the first part, herein designated as RENTER, and the condo Owner, a citizen and resident of the County of Horry county, State of South Carolina, party of the second part, herein designed as OWNER. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Owner is the owner of condo 2709 South OCEAN BLVD.#803 description of property, including the condo and surrounding grounds, located at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577 ; and WHEREAS, Owner wishes to rent the condo and surrounding grounds for the period from JUNE 05,2010 CHECK IN Saturday 3:00 PM to JUNE 12,2010 Saturday 10:00 AM on time; WHEREAS, Renter wishes to rent the condo and surrounding grounds. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the terms and agreements and the rental amount set forth elsewhere herein, the parties here to do hereby agree as follows: 1. Owner shall rent to Renter the condo and surrounding grounds located at 2709 S. OCEAN BLVD.#803 MYRTLE BEACH SC. 29577 for said period. The rental fee shall be $____.__, payable as follows: $____.__ at the time of reservation in FULL AMOUNT. THE CONDO is keyless, you open it by numbers. 2. Renter does hereby agree to rent and maintain the condo and surrounding grounds under the conditions and stipulations as fully set forth herein and agrees that any changes hereto shall be in writing and signed by both of the parties. 3. Rental Shall personally use and occupy the rented premises for the purpose of a vacation home and shall conduct no illegal activities on said premises whatsoever. 4. Renter acknowledges that Owner has made a full disclosure of the condition of the house and surrounding grounds, which is the entire area being rented, and Renter has had ample opportunity to view pictures of said condo and surrounding grounds and to ask all questions and satisfy all concerns to his/her full satisfaction prior to signing this Rental Agreement. Renter further agrees to hold harmless Owner from any and all liability to persons or property arising from accidents or mishaps which occur on said property during the period as above set forth. Rental Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions govern all short term rentals by Owner Myrtle Beach (agent). Rental agreements may be terminated by the Owner or client at any time after satisfying any cancellation policies and complying with any laws that may apply. Any funds received by owner under the rental agreement shall be applicable to cancellation policies. While such funds are in the Owner possession any earnings derived from these funds shall belong to the Owner. Owner is not responsible for errors or omissions. Owner will make every effort to provide up to date and accurate information on its web site and in any print advertising but will not assume any liability for errors. All information including rates and rental terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Client will receive confirmation via email or standard mail. It shall be the client’s responsibility to check for errors on the confirmation. Client will not hold Owner liable for any reservation errors. Reservations: Owner accepts reservations by phone and online. All rentals are on a nightly & weekly basis depending on the Reservation on weekly rentals which are Saturday to Saturday. Rates: Rates, fees and taxes are subject to change without notice. Deposit: Reservations require a deposit equal to 1/2 of the total rental amount before tax, a 6% processing fee and full payment of travel protection insurance (optional) payment will be due at the time the reservation is made. The remainder of the total balance including tax will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will require full payment. The owner of the condo will charge you $500.00 in refundable security deposit. That will cover any damage or lost property if necessary. If there is no damage or lost items after inspection the $500.00 will be refunded in full. Reservation Fee: Each reservation will include a 5% processing fee. The fee is calculated on the rental rate only. The fee applies to each separate reservation even if multiple reservations are booked simultaneously. The fee is subject to state and local tax. Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Master card, and Discover for the deposit and the final balance. We also accept personal checks, bank checks, or money orders.. A credit card is required to secure reservations by phone. Cancellations: Reservation deposits are non-refundable. We strongly suggest purchasing your own travel protection insurance in case your travel plans change. Travel Protection Insurance: Optional Travel Protection Insurance is available for purchase. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is between 3:00 pm & 7:00 PM. Arrangements will be made for late arrivals. Please call for late arrival instructions. Check-out time is before 10:00 am. Any late check out will be extra charge of $100.00 per hour Age Requirement: The client making the reservation and signing the rental agreement at check in must be 28 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property for the entire term of the rental agreement. Any misrepresentation by the client will be considered a violation of rental terms and conditions and the client will be asked to vacate the rental property without refund. Agent reserves the right to require valid identification before allowing occupancy of the rental property. House parties are not allowed under any circumstances with or without supervision. Occupancy: All properties are limited to the occupancy listed in the property description. Occupancy may not exceed set limits including children. Over occupancy will result in additional fees charged to client’s credit card. If over occupancy is considered in violation of any law or fire code agent will require client to secure additional accommodations or vacate the property without refund. Any lost or damage items of the leased property will result as the client to pay in full price for replacement. Availability: In the event that a property becomes unavailable for any reason, Owner will make every effort to move client to comparable accommodations. If comparable accommodations are not available, Owner will be held harmless and the client agrees that its only remedy shall be a full refund of any monies paid. If the property should become unavailable during occupancy and comparable accommodations are not available, Owner will be held harmless and client agrees that its only remedy shall be a refund for the unused portion of their stay only. Housekeeping: Our rentals do not include daily maid service. The unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience. Owner does not require client to perform any housekeeping duties prior to departure. Departure cleaning, and a supply of linens and towels are included in the rental rate unless otherwise noted. Parking: Parking is limited. All condo reservations are limited to 2 vehicles per unit, no exceptions. 2 parking passes will be issued at check-in, vehicles without a parking pass are subject to be towed at owner's expense. Motorcycle, trailer, RV, boat, camper and bus parking is not available at any Ocean blue Myrtle Beach property. We get you started with trash bags, toilet paper, and one pack of dishwasher soap—but we do not replenish them during your stay. All guests either bring these things from home or shop at one of the many convenient supermarkets within a very short drive. We do not provide hand or dish soap or coffee or paper towel . Renter acknowledges that Owner has made a full disclosure of the condition of the house and surrounding grounds, which is the entire area being rented, and Renter has had ample opportunity to view pictures of said condo and surrounding grounds and to ask all questions and satisfy all concerns to his/her full satisfaction prior to signing this Rental Agreement. Renter shall be responsible for the following_______________________. SOME EXAMPLES TO USE 1. To keep the properties in a safe and sanitary condition and to keep the grounds, parking areas, walks, and common areas in a neat and orderly condition; 2. To dispose of all rubbish, garbage, trash, and other wastes in a clean and safe manner; 3. Not to deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, or remove any part of the premises or knowingly permit any person to do so; 4. Not to make any altercation, addition, deletion, or improvements to the premises; 5. Not to use the premises for unlawful purposes; not to engage in or permit guests to engage in unlawful activities in the home, or anywhere on the premises; 6. To maintain the appliances and furniture in the house which are the property of Owner, and to leave them in the same condition at the termination of the lease as they are in the initiation of the lease; and 7. Not to smoke on the leased premises 8. Pets are not allowed on properties.
