This three-bedroom, three-bathroom, single-level home was completely renovated in 2005, and has a free flowing floor plan to suit even the most discriminating tastes. Privacy abounds in the backyard which has a blue tiled pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and beautiful slate flooring in tranquil earth tones.

Throughout our home, the Italian travertine stone flooring creates an elegant ambiance and contrasts beautifully with the granite countertops and upscale stainless-steel appliances in the gourmet kitchen. The huge, open living room, dining area, and kitchen boasts over 1000 square feet of ideal entertainment area - all overlooking the clear, turquoise Hawaiian water. The living room is equipped with a 50-inch flat screen television with stereo surround sound, cable television, and a VCR/DVD player. For the children (or the young at heart), there is a Sony Playstation II for your enjoyment. Bring you own laptop and enjoy free unlimited internet access! Note: Your computer must have a wireless capable ethernet card or you may use a dial up account.

The spacious, waterfront master suite has a king-size bed, floor to ceiling windows to emphasize the gorgeous ocean view, separate entrance, walk-in closet, double sinks, over-sized shower, luxurious cotton robes, upscale bedding, and a romantic Jacuzzi tub built for two with views of Hawaii's only private marina, majestic Koko Crater, and the breathtaking Koolau mountain range. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a television with VCR.

Create memorable meals in our large, open, gourmet kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essentials - including a stunning ocean view! Or, utilize the gas barbecue on the expansive, covered lanai area. The lanai has a covered area of approx 600 square feet where you can relax on the upscale furnishings or enjoy a game of pool on our new pool table!

Enjoy unlimited use of a two-person kayak right from our private, 40-foot boat dock. Paddle throughout Hawaii Kai's exclusive Koko Marina, or venture out to prestigious Portlock Beach on beautiful Maunalua Bay (only two minutes away)! Scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, golfing, jet skiing, water skiing, hiking, and many other outdoor activities are only minutes away!

There is FREE parking for two vehicles in our private cul-de-sac area, and there is also a separate, one-bedroom, one-bathroom, guest suite on the property with a king size bed, an over sized shower with double shower heads, washer/dryer, kitchen with granite counters, beautiful Italian travertine stone flooring, and a private entrance. This is available for an additional fee (please inquire). The guest suite will only be rented to members of the same group renting the main house, so privacy is assured.

The main house can sleep a maximum of 8 people. If the guest suite is rented in addition to the main house, the maximum number of people the entire property can accommodate is 10.

We're sorry, but we do not allow pets on the property. Smoking is permitted outside only. Since this is a residential area, we cannot allow any parties or receptions.

  • This is a beautiful home in a great location. We have stayed in this home two times, and hope to return again. The full view (from kitchen, living area, and master) of the inner bay across to Koko Head Crater is stunning, especially in the morning. It is only 5 minutes to Hanauma Bay, where we snorkled nearly every day, and every sort of day trip is easy from this location. There are good restaurants nearby, easy grocery shopping. The home is nicely equipped, and well-laid out with a super kitchen and large great room area. It feels like home while you are there. We loved the pool and and lanai area, including a billiards table. Much better than hotels where we have stayed on other trips. We were comfortable and happy staying here.

  • We stayed in this home at the end of Aug.07 and really enjoyed it. The house was immaculate and came equiped with everything that you could possibly need during your stay, including pool toys and beach towels! The location was great, even if the traffic was a little heavy. If we were going to stay at this end of the island again, I would certainly stay here. There was plenty of room for the family and entertaining was fun and easy.

  • This place was fabulous! We rented both the main house and the guest house and were completely (and happily) surprised at the excellent layout and tranquility of the house. It is ideally located 20 minutes away from the noise of Waikiki and 10 minutes from Hanauma Bay.

  • My fiance and I just got married in Hawaii in January. We stayed in this house. It was spectacular. It had everything you could ever need or want. The pool was great. It was very private and clean. We will never stay in a hotel when we visit Hawaii. Renting this house made our stay very memorable. We received our deposit back within a week of our return home as promised. The owners attention to every detail was quite impressive. Thanks again for an awesome honeymoon.

  • My family and I stayed at this beautiful home in July 2004. We had the most relaxing vacation ever. The owners are great, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and took care of anything we needed. The home is in a great location and close to anything you could possibly want to do or see. You have complete privacy, and the home and pool are so relaxing. It was great not having to share a pool with a lot of hotel guests. I highly recommend renting this house instead of a hotel room. I read so many mixed reviews on all the hotels in Honolulu, but I made the right choice by renting this house. We will definitely stay at any of the properties that these owners have, because they keep their properties updated and very, very clean.

  • This is a beautiful home which we rented during Christmas week 2004. The house is fully equipped and everything is first class. The location is perfect - close to amazing beaches, good restaurants, a movie theatre - even a Costco. My family enjoyed the swimming pool and kayaking off of the private boat dock. The house is equipped with everything - you feel right at home. We plan to return later this year and will definately stay here again - we wouldn't consider staying in a hotel again - this is so much better.
