  Loved this property. Clean, brand new and well furnished. We are an owner at Ritz Carlton Destination Club. And this property certainly is on par with any Ritz locations. Highly recommend it.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  Immaculate, well-appointed, new luxury townhouse with every comfort under one roof. Stayed a month and enjoyed every minute!!! State of the art entertainment system throughout the house. The walking/biking trail and Big Wood River are right down the street. Convenient location to town too. BEST Property Management Company maintaining this home, helpful and Professional with any request. A real jewel of a property. A Five Star experience.

  This was a wonderful property to stay at. All the creature comforts are easily available: a hot tub, a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, not to mention games and toys for the kids in all of us. The location is perfect, a mere 5 minute walk into town, that has wonderful restaurants and fun community activities, as well a beautiful bike/ roller-blading trail.The condo really feels like a home away from home, and I can't wait to visit again.

  My extended family and I spent a long weekend in November at this very luxurious rental. This 3-bedroom condo fit 8 of us very comfortably—it was a good mix of being both spacious and cozy at the same time. Each bedroom is located on a separate floor so privacy was never an issue when you’re with a big group (and each has a flat screen t.v.). The décor was beautiful with modern furniture and top of the line appliances in the decked out kitchen (exactly as it is in the pictures!). Being an avid lover of food, I found the kitchen to be every chef’s dream. It was fully stocked with every appliance and tool you could ever need to cook anything to your heart’s delight. Having stayed in several vacation properties in the past, I was not only amazed by how well the kitchen was stocked, but by the quality of the amenities in the kitchen—the pots and pans are top notch and the chef’s knife is one that you actually want to use. This attention to detail made it feel much more like a home rather than a rental. The top floor includes a deck with a jacuzzi with a great view of the mountains—nothing like winding down a day on the slopes by relaxing in a hot tub. The house is close to the town center, which you can easily walk to and is very close to beautiful hiking and biking trails. Another pleasant surprise is the selection of board games that are available to you here. We stayed up into the wee hours of the night playing one too many games of Banagrams and Blokus. All in all, a wonderful place to stay—it is clear that the owners love their place and want you to feel at home here. We are eager to return for our next vacation!

  I stayed at this property with my family (four of us). This place is absolutely beautiful in a very quiet setting but so very convenient to the ski resort, downtown (shopping and dining), the river and the mountain cliffs are right out the front of the unit. We took the 5 minute walk to Bald Mountain – River Run access every day. The bike/hike trail that leads to all is less than a half a block away. The inside is very nicely furnished and the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen and baths were fully equipped. State of the art technology throughout which is impressive. Huge wood burning fireplace in the living area with plenty of dry wood to burn. All of the rooms are large with plenty of storage/closet space. The place was very clean and the concierge service was very good. Another great feature is the large two car heated garage. Plenty of space for my large SUV, ski and bike equipment. We only had the one car but very easily could have put another large car in the garage and still have room for all our equipment. I have stayed in Sun Valley numerous times over the years at different properties and this by far is the best I have been in. My next trips will be booked here if it is available.
