  Janet to say the least is a true Southern Belle! Professionalism, Personalism, and class exhudes this property and owner! Our stay was simply fabulous, from the gorgeous condo unit to the exceptional property and beachfront there is nothing more a family could ask for! We had so much room that my husband and I hardly knew we had 2 teenage girls with us! I was comforted by the nighttime security and secure garage for extra belongings. However many just left canopies etc beachside and nothing was touched for the entire week! Pool and hot tub are spotless and beautiful and amenities are just top notch! We found some interesting places to visit along the coast entertainment was great and yet not over crowded with the exception of dinner hour in some places was 1 1/2 hr wait but that was in touristy places! We were so happy to have BBQ grills on premise and met some great people from Geogia while cooking dinner!   This condo was fabulous. It had everything you needed and more. Janet was a pleasure to work with. We had two families with kids and had plenty of space. The views were amazing. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. If you are wanting to stay in Perdido Key - this is where you need to stay!

  This was our second stay at this condo. It is everything you could ask for and more. The location is excellent, beach is wonderful and the condo if beautiful. It is nicely decorated and feels like home. The owner is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The balcony is fantastic with its non-stop views. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores. You will not want to leave.

  I'd rent this condo again in a minute! The amenities were up to date, the condo was well lit, well stocked, extremely spacious, clean and very well maintained. Best of all was the fact that although there was easy beach and pool access, if you just wanted to veg, as I did, the view from bedrooms, living room, and dining room were all wonderful. Wireless wi-fi accessibility made vegging all the more easy. I would seriously recommend this condo for groups of friends, couples, and family use as the flow of it can comfortably accomodate any type group.

  My girlfriends and I have been to Perdido many times & stayed at Spanish Key each time. This is by far the most spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked condo we've stayed in. Even the smallest bedroom was very spacious! Being on the corner, the balcony is very large and had several seating areas. The condo owner was such a pleasure to do business with...she took care of every tiny detail. SHE is a perfect example of why we always book through vrbo...I hope to stay in her beautiful condo again soon!!
