  The pictures description was very accurate. The owners answered any questions or concerns right away. The condo is on the seventh floor right above the pool and away from the elevator noise. Great views of the ocean. The complex is about 2 miles from the main intersection. This was our first time to gulf shores, so we did not know much about where to stay. The area where Sanibel is was quiet except for a few college Spring break students. If you want more action, you might want to stay closer to the main intersecting, but we liked this location for us and the kids. The pool deck was great, with full sunlight during the day. The pool water itself was shallow at 3- 4 feet deep and no hot tub. The outside of the building was well lite and well cared for. Our room was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The wall to floor windows were the best we ever seen. The walls were very thick and we could not hear anything going on next door. It was nice to have great patio furniture. There were only a few negatives about the condo itself. The sofa and chair were a bit worn. Lisa said that they should be getting replaced this summer. The sheets on the king bed were also very worn, but very replaced as soon as we called. The King bed mattress itself was not as comfortable as we thought it should have been for how nice this condo is. The bathrooms were in excellent condition- everyone had there own bathroom. There is plenty of storage and the place s very well decorated. The ocean was clean (oil-free). and the beaches are great. We were there the 1st weekend in April, was the weather was sunny and warm for 4 days and colder and rainy for 3 days. It was nice on those cooler days to have such a roomy condo like Sanibal, so you many want to keep that in mind when looking for a place.

  Loved the condo. Everything was wonderful. Owners were exceptionally easy to work with and very accomodating. The view from the 7th floor was great. Saw dolphins leaping from the water one day. Robert

  My wife and I resided at Sanibel for 2.5 months during our first snowbird visit to Gulf Shores. The hospitality of Lisa and the on-site management was terrific and much appreciated. For example, the blinds in the bedrooms allowed so much outdoor light into the bedrooms that my wife had difficulty falling asleep. Lisa responded to our request and provided curtains for both bedrooms. The blinds and the curtains together solved our problem. The kitchen was well furnished and met our cooking needs. The refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, electric can opener all were functional and in good working order. The dining area was roomy and I used the counter for my laptop. The view of the gulf from the 7th floor enabled us to view dolphins and brown pelicans feeding just offshore. From the condo unit we could also see the beach flag, which signaled the wind direction and the riskiness of the gulf waves. The pool heater was not active during January and February but I got wet nonetheless; the heater was active in March. I was impressed with the speed and smoothness of the elevators (2) and the carts (10-12) available to transport personal possessions and groceries from vehicle to condo unit. The building was kept very clean; maintenance staff scrubbed the elevator floors and washed the elevator windows, trimmed landscape vegetation, picked up any litter (very little). Landscape crews added 18 palm trees to the south parking area during March. West Beach is much quieter than East Beach which met our needs perfectly. The Original Oyster House(seafood), Bella Luna(pizza) and Obermayer's(gyros) were restaurants we visited more than once. We enjoyed side trips to New Orleans, Lafayette, Pensacola, and the ferryboat ride to Dauphin Island. I emailed Lisa several times from Wisconsin and from Sanibel. She was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Thank you Lisa. We plan to return for the 2013 snow bird season.

  The condo was beautiful, well-kept, clean, and great location. We were extremely pleased with our stay in this unit. Even little details such as liquid soap in all the dispensers and toilet paper are supplied. The view was gorgeous. We loved the spacious balcony. The complex was very clean and we had no problems with anything in the condo or at the complex. The location was wonderful -- we merely had to walk across the parking lot, across the street, a couple houses down and we were at the public access to the beach. Very easy walk and we had no trouble crossing the residential street. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful condo we would highly recommend staying here!

  I can't thank Lisa & the family enough for letting my girlfriend and I stay the weekend. We had another couple stay with us as well and feel everyone really enjoyed themselves! There was way more space than we needed for just four people. So for those who are considering staying with larger families, you will have plenty of space. I wish we weren't so busy with the Festival, bc we really didn't get to spend as much time at the condo as we had hoped. It was nice having other concert goers staying in the complex as well that weekend! Everything is as advertised! Each bed room has a full bath, which was great for two couples staying there and the King size bed I slept on was amazing! We definitely utilized the wagon that helped us get all of our beach gear out to the beach with NO hassle. The Kitchen had everything from a blender to every cooking utinsil imaginable. We loved being able to cook bfast, lunch and dinner, again, without any hassle. Although the condo is not directly on the beach, it was extremely easy to get from the condo, down to the private beach area (easy access). Great view from the balcony furnished with comfy furniture. The TV's looked like they were nice as well, but in the four days we were there the televisions didn't get turned on once. We spent the majority of our time enjoying each others company and sitting on the balcony where the view was outstanding. The condo was even more beautiful than what the pictures portray. All of us are who occupied the condo are in our late 20's, no matter what kind if vacation you are looking for this is a great place for all ages. My girlfriend and I are hoping that our schedules allow us to experience another Hangout Music Festival next year. If we can make it, we already know where we'll want to stay again. Anyone considering staying here will not be disappointed. I look forward to a future visit!

  This condo has everything you will need! The owners were great to work with and the condo is even nicer than the pictures. The wagon and beach chairs made it so that you didn't have to bring your own and the kitchen was so well supplied that we made more meals at the condo than we thought. I loved the view from the balcony and overall had a wonderful time. The beach location at the west end was also nice because it was less crowded than in other areas. Loved the workout room too! This is a great place to stay and we will be back!

  We enjoyed our stay here at Sanibel, very family oriented, and the pics of the condo was amazingly accurate. Very nice condo! AWESOME WEATHER, and Lisa went out of her way to extend our stay. ThankYou so much!! My favorite was the huge balcony with the comfortable wicker furniture set. Spent alot of time, in the mornings and evenings enjoying the amazing views. Our favorite restaurants were Desotos Seafood, LuLu Buffets, King Neptune and Wolf Bay Lodge. Also, if you like cheesecakes, you have to try HOPE'S Cheesecake, variety of flavors, and its homemade!! This is our 2nd Spring Break Vacation to Gulf Shores and we love it here!! So much to do here in Gulf Shores and surrounding areas. We prefer the west end of the beach, its less crowded, yet close to everything . We recommend this condo. We will be back!!

  We were needing a place to stay for a baseball tournament and got a great deal on this condo. We were there from July 6-11. It was fabulous! It is clean, comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. The views to the beach are great and the pool is convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to stay their again.

  We were looking for a place to stay for a quick trip for the 4th. We got a great deal in this condo!!!!!!! The room was super nice, we love the windows in the living room floor to ceiling. The condo is across the street from beach but what a view. It was so spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay at this great condo again. My boys loved the pool!!!!!!!
