Come to Fair Haven and enjoy our “Great Escape” on the bay!! Magnificent panoramic views of the bay from every window. Full sun exposure from 8:00 A.M. till Sunset. Year round home, very comfortable large open floor plan, with all tile floors, great room, fully appointed kitchen, dining room, and sun room. There is a separate living room to get a way to read a book or just relax. A first floor laundry with a attached full bath. A futon which opens into a full/queen bed to provide a extra sleeping space.
Three steps down from the first floor sun room there is a cooking deck for barbecuing, sunbathing, reading, relaxing or just observing. This deck leads to a huge 20’ x 40’ sundeck. Below this deck is a deep water dock that will accommodate a 28’ boat. The dock is equipped with a swimming ladder, and provides you some of the greatest fishing on the bay.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two full baths. Large master suite, California king sized bed. The master has a vaulted ceiling, private bath, double sink, large soaking tub with its own view of the bay where you can watch the sail boat races, activities on the bay and sunsets. Double sliding glass doors which leads to a private balcony off the master suite where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The beautiful master suite is perfect for honeymooners and vacationing.
There are two guest bedrooms; one with a queen size bed, the other with two twins which can be pushed together for a king. These two rooms share a full bath.
Five miles to the annual renaissance fair in the town of Sterling. It is a short walk to the quaint village of Fair Haven where you will explore many restaurants, grocery store, ice cream parlor, antique shops, boat rentals, and live music in the park on Saturday nights.
It is one mile by boat to the entrance to Lake Ontario which is one of the best salmon and trout fishing lakes in the United States. It is also one mile by boat or car to beautiful Fair Haven Beach State Park, where you can enjoy the wonderful sandy beach, picnic areas and concessions and bath houses.

We loved our stay on Little Sodus Bay! This lake house was inviting, serene, and very clean!! A million dollar view; we'd pay double, it's true!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Rustic charm meets modern needs! The panarmic views are stunning. The boathouse deck was excellent for entertainment throughout the days- very nice and comfortable outdoor table and chairs. Two sunbathing chairs. An umbrella for shade. Linens were clean and cozy. Quality matresses. Kitchen was full equipped to cook whatever you desire. Must admit everyone had a lovely time in the bright big CLEAN home :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
