We have the entire top floor.

IT IS AN IDEAL LOCATION TO ENJOY THE MEDITERRANEAN! The sea front is steps away! There are both public and private beaches near to the apartment. Public beaches have showers. Private beaches in season (May to September) rent lounge pads and umbrellas by the day and offer restaurants and bar services
Our condo is situated in one of the most pleasant parts of Nice, in upscale & residential surroundings, with many grocery stores & bakeries.
CENTRALLY LOCATED, all the ingredients you need for a great vacation on the French Riviera are right at your doorsteps!
Walk to the new & incredible TRAMWAY. It only costs 1 Euro to go anywhere on the Riviera by tramway or by bus!
The area has belle-époque villas, art-deco apartment buildings and quaint little streets. The Palais Massena and its gardens are a short walk away. It is a superb museum reflecting the glorious 19th century life of Nice.
Wake up to fresh bread & croissants from the choice of boulangeries & patisseries (bakeries) below us.
The apartment building is on the corner of Rue de France, a street lined with great shops, restaurants, and cafés.
It leads you into ZONE PIETONNE (upscale & lively pedestrian shopping and dining area), one of the festive spots of Nice. You can walk to the Old town of Nice, or the famous Place Masséna and Ave Jean Medecin.
This neighborhood has many little restaurants & shops where locals go. It also has an indoor farmer's market, open 7 days a week, as well as a poissonnerie (fresh fish stand). You will be immersed in the local lifestyle!
Frequent buses nearby will take to all other parts of Nice, i.e. the port, the Acropolis (for those in town for conferences), train station, airport, and ALL THE TOWNS ON THE COAST & THE BACK COUNTRY, i.e. Saint Paul de Vence. Only 1 euro each way!
WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION where you can catch trains to visit the little towns along the coast, as well as Monaco, Italy, Provence, Paris, etc.

The walk up to the apartment is very easy, on a wide staircase with low marble steps, in a large entrance with pretty tiles from Provence. The building is very private with only two condos!

Nice is so vibrant all year round. All seasons can be enjoyed. Great base to visit the little towns along the coast, as well as Italy & Monaco.
Good public transportation, 1 euro to go on buses around the Riviera.

We had a very nice stay in this apt which is stocked with everything you need! Jean (property manager) is very thoughtful and informative and we felt good to know we could phone him at any moment for advice. Great to have all the lovely bakeries so close and of course the Promenade was great to walk off the calories!

We loved the apt - great location - so clean and quaint! Take the train or drive to Monaco (Monte Carlo) - It is wonderful. Eze is also a beautiful little town with views that take your breath away. Jean is terrific & goes out of his way to make your stay exceptional.

This is our first trip to France & we have absolutely savoured every minute of our time here. We have walked for miles every day, discovering something new each time. This apt has been perfect - everything one could need & wonderful to be able to sit on balcony, with a view of the sea & just watch all the activity going on. We would certainly choose Minh's apt again. As we depart for Florence we leave with wonderful memories of our time here.

We had a wonderful time here in Nice-our vacation here was the perfect combination of sightseeing (Monaco, old Nice, museums) and relaxation (trips to beach), cooking dinner at the apt using fresh bread & cheese. We are all in love with this charming apt - it has everything you could imagine you'd ever need and Jean (property manager) is wonderful. When we come back we will be sure to stay here again!

Great location, we found it a real home from home as it's so well equipped! We enjoyed cooking in, as well as eating out. Dining out: a lot of great "eateries". Final thanks to Jean who gave us a welcome at the airport, was so informative about the apart/neighborhood, and he will escort us to the airport tomorrow for our journey home! We've had a really enjoyable stay, relaxing time, great family time! Hope to come back in the future! Au revoir Nice.

This has been a great place for a family to stay. The proximity to the beach is great + walking to Vieux-Nice isn't far + a nice way of stretching our legs. It's a great spot, Minh + Jean was a great welcoming. We were quite delayed + landed after midnight. Jean knew to check the airlines & waited for us. It was great to be welcomed by such a friendly person + he came back the next day to orient us to the apt. Thanks.
