Cozy, intimate, comfortable townhome and very centrally located. With a cute(new matress) recently decorated outdoor patio, two full baths and a sleeping loft with comfy queen-size bed. Below loft are four foldable sleeping pads that can convert into either four single beds or two full-size beds that can be placed anywhere on the floor throughout the house. Living room couch turns into a full-size bed, as well. It accommodates about 5 persons. Ideal for a couple, but is also adequate for small family. No need to climb stairs or take elevators, since the home is on the ground floor (rare for many places in Europe). Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities found in a normal kitchen. It includes dishes and all cooking supplies. It has microwave, refrigerator and washer. Washer is also a dryer, as well (although most people like to use the terrace for drying clothes. Microwave acts as a toaster oven. Has modern LCD television with cable TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi is now available at the home and its cost is included in the price of renting. Telephone service is also now available and you can make local calls and to any place in Spain (not including calls to cell or mobile phones, however). Towels and linens are provided for two people. Additional linens and towels can be provided for an extra charge. Home has air conditioning and heat (very comfortable!).
Home is relatively close to downtown Valencia and the old part of Valencia (Barrio El Carmen). Beach and port is a leisure five minute walk from the home. Great for biking, fishing, swimming, boating or just lounging around on the beach. Boardwalk by the beach is fun to walk on with vendors on it selling everything from clothing, trinkets and souvenirs until the wee hours. Right on the boardwalk you will also find a unique restaurant row that has restaurants serving food from fine gourmet cuisine to pizza--and of course, delicious paellas! Home is easily accessible using many forms of transportation including subway (Metro), tram, bus or taxi—all just about 4 blocks from home. What is also nice is that Farmer's market located only five minutes from the home on foot. Email or call for more information.

We had a wonderful time in Valencia! Owners of the place were quite responsive and location of the apartment was close to the beach and close to the local food market...Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My husband and 17 year old daughter stayed for two weeks...we also had our nephew and his wife with us for 4 days of that two weeks. We were very comfortable in the apartment and it was exactly as pictured. The location is perfect...it is very safe; since this was our first time in Europe this was one of my concerns with a 17 year old daughter. We loved walking around the area and enjoying the historic beauty of the buildings. The mall is within walking distance as it the Port - the aquarium was wonderful and we even walked home from there...The market is a must as well as the various places for breakfast - the food, wine and all the shop owners were wonderful! I never felt I had to be "on-guard". We took the metro into Center City, Valencia very easy to use - the area is so historic....the tourist bus is a great way to see everything and then you can make a note as to what you want to go back to. I was grateful for the Air Conditioning and having a washing machine was a real plus since we didnt have to pack too many clothes. There is also a small patio that is a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening. I would recommend this apartment and would gladly stay in it again. Perfect location - beautiful beaches - very safe and quite comfortable!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family of four stayed in this cute little apartment for four nights in August on our trip around the world. So we've stayed in a lot of apartments. We liked this one. First, the air conditioner worked great and that was a life saver! The neighborhood was nice and the walk to the beach close. The apartment is small but attractive and comfortable to stay in. The owners were nice to deal with and very responsive.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My wife and I loved our stay in this rental. Rental is in a great friendly neighborhood. Truly a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. Appearance of rental is clean with modern amenities that makes you feel at home. Air conditioner works great. Owner was very helpful with any questions that my wife and I had. We would strongly recommend the nearby beach restaurants with a variety of cuisine to choose from.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

My wife and cousin and me stayed at this property last June and it was a great experience. We were 5 mins walking distance to the beach and also close to downtown Valencia. The property was meticulous and we were even greeted by the owner Fernando. I strongly recommend staying here if you are in beautiful Valencia.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

The location is okay, and a short walk to a very beautiful beach. However, because the key lock given to me turned out to be the wrong one, and when I called the manager, she told me to call her back and hung up on me. We were definitely not impressed with the rudeness. Then I had to call Fernando in the United States (we're from Canada) and get the lock code. He was extremely helpful. But we spent a lot of money on the long distance calls and two hours waiting for something that should have been given to us correctly in the first place. The apartment itself has everything needed, including wifi. It was relatively neat, in a nice Spanish neighborhood.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My roots go back to Spain and I have enjoyed becoming acquainted with this wonderful country and people. I have many wonderful friends in Valencia and in other parts of Spain. And what can I say, the Spanish wine has won me over, along with the Valencian paella!

Once in Valencia, you feel you have to come back many times. By buying the home, I was assured of doing that. I also get pleasure knowing others have the opportunity to enjoy the city and this unique home so close to the beach, but not so close that you have to deal with the traffic and noise.

I enjoy being in a home instead of being in a formal hotel. I love the Valencian people and their fondness for enjoying life, good food and varied entertainment. The home is so convenient and has everything you can ask for in a home: Access to shopping, beaches, restaurants, night clubs and quaint little shops, as well. You will definitely feel at home staying at this cute home. The home was recently redecorated and new amenities were installed.
