About the owner: I am a native of North Carolina, being born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. My husband, Sean, grew up for most of his live in Greenville, NC. We moved to Wilmington, NC in November of 2004. We thoroughly enjoy living here with all that Wilmington has to offer, especially the beaches. It has made a perfect homestead for us and our three young children. We love old homes and enjoy renovating them. We currently live in an old home (1930) ourselves, just a block away for the vacation rental residence. It is a wonderful neighborhood and can't wait for you to come and join us!
Why the Owner Chose Wilmington: We love old homes and think they are worth rehabilitating!
