'Swinging Sunset Villa' is located in the north of Santorini island in the traditional settlement of Oia (Ia) village. This elegant house comes highly recommended and features well appointed accommodation. It was built in 2008 and is finished to high standards and is traditionally designed throughout with much attention to detail. Outside there is a yard with a BBQ dining area for 10 persons to enjoy alfresco dining, a heated hydro massage (for 8 persons), which combined with the perfect sea view will keep you there the whole day. Three double bedrooms and two living-dining rooms make the indoor living both comfortable and pleasant. This villa will appeal to those looking for a luxury home which is among peaceful surroundings.

While the Villa accommodates 6-8 persons, our strong preference is to limit the number to a maximum of 6, except where children are included. It should be made clear here, however, that any decision to accommodate more than 6 is entirely at our discretion.

Accessibility:
The villa is accessible by car with private parking area. You have to consider the internal stairs that drive you to the lower floor and the loft bedroom, people with mobility problems will face difficulties. What is more, young children must be supervised at all times.
Coast/Beach:
Katharos beach is accessible by walking (10 minutes).
The fabulous Ammoudi small harbor with fishing boats, waterfront taverns and restaurant & St.Nicolas island is accessible by walking (20 minutes) or by car (3 minutes). Swimming pool with a great view operates very close to the villa (300mtrs/5 minutes by walking).
Travel:
17 km from Santorini (Thira) airport, 15 km from Athinios port.
During your stay on Santorini it is recommended to hire a car for easy access throughout the island.

We (me, my wife and my parents) spent 5 days in this villa located just outside Oia. The location is perfect for watching the sun set and drinking wine. The villa had more than enough room for the 4 of us and could easily handle a party of 6. Marcos can steer you to a good auto rental--we did and were able to explore the entire island. I highly recommend the ruins at ancient Akrotiri and ancient Thira, the latter providing amazing views of the south end of the island. We also took a sunset cruise that gave us a different perspective of the islands. If/when we come back we will try to stay here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I just returned from my stay of this beautiful property in santorini. I stayed her for a week with some friends and we all have the best things to say and the best memories. I work and travel constantly and have rented many houses around the world. This property exceeds all others. The views, and the location is outstanding. Marcos is a great man and extremely helpful. He responded very quickly to answer any questions I had. I want to go back again, so please don't book and steal my availability, haha. I lived like a king in santorini!! And this place truly is a palace.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We liked very much the location (it's in a very good position, if you want you can walk to the beach near there) the views and the house as well. We really enjoyed our holiday in Suset Villa, the locations is excellent and the house is very nice and well equipped Everything was as described in the website and the pictures really make justice of the house The service provided by the owners couldn’t be better, great hospitality and very attentive We certainly recommend the Sunset Villa as a place for your holidays.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.
