This Grenada vacational villa rental house is situated within its own lush tropical grounds, with a commanding view of Lance Aux Epines Bay and the Caribbean Sea, in a fashionable, quiet, and exclusive residential area on the south coast of the island.
The indoor patio area is the focal point of the villa and offers the vacational rentor complete privacy. Here, breakfast can be taken to a chorus of song birds while at sundown you can enjoy a rum punch or two to the sound of the night creatures stirring from their slumber. Or, why not relax and ease away your cares by taking a dip in the pool under the stars of the Caribbean sky?
The grounds which surround the villa are filled with tropical plants. Frangipani, flamboyant, jasmine, bougainvillea, banana, orange guava, nutmeg, and lime trees. Our housekeeper, is there to keep house. She attends to the housework during your stay, and if desired will cook you a local dish.
The accommodation of this Grenada vacation rental villa home consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a pool shower room. You have exclusive use of the property during your stay. There is a large lounge and equally large indoor patio with a plunge pool. It is ideal for couples, families, without young children and honeymooners will appreciate the ultimate in privacy. We can accommodate 4 persons. Adults or children (+ babes in arms) but families with very young children, please remember that the pool is situated inside the property and might not be suitable for toddlers unless you are confident that a watchful eye is cast upon them or that they can swim.
Our property is in within easy access to the St George's University compound at True Blue Bay. A regular bus service to the University is available within a few minutes walking distance to our property. It could be a perfect location for parents or loved ones visiting students at the university.

If you are looking for a Caribbean villa rental, or a special Grenada villa, then look no further. Grenada, is the jewel of the Caribbean, a holiday destination for the discerning traveller.. The island sits neatly amongst the popular islands of the Eastern Caribbean.
Grenada is 12 degrees north of the Equator so the climate remains a steady 75ºF to 85ºF (24ºC to 30ºC) all through the year, tempered only by cooling light trade winds.
Despite being one of the more developed islands in the Caribbean, it is quite untouched by commercialism and has retained its character. Rarely will you see a building taller than a coconut tree!
As there are no private beaches in Grenada, access to every beach is made available to all and exploring where the most private of beaches are can be really exciting, especially when you stumble across a beach that is just yours alone to sit upon which epitomizes that "desert" island feeling.

Owner's Map of Lance Aux Epines
This is a family house and has been for some years now..
The Bullen family have been connected to the West Indies for centuries and we have been coming back to Grenada since our father and mother relocated there in 1983.
Our great-great grandfather first came to Grenada from Barbados in the 1700's and settled there raising his family in an area called St Paul's. My father and his siblings were born and raised in St Paul's but left the island to seek a better life elsewhere in the world.
Thankfully, we still have family living there on the island today.
The church in St Paul's "Bethel Church" was built by our late great great grandfather and my own son was married there to a Grenadian girl!
Our father was born on the island but after spending over 40 years in the UK, decided to come back to his roots and purchased this property because he felt that his children and grandchildren would love it too. Our mother and father lived there until his death when it was gifted over to his three children, my brother, sister and myself - seen here with our mother.
I have always loved coming to Grenada and over the years have built up a network of friends and remained in touch with my late father's family. My own daughter came back to live on the island and has since married a local boy too. She lives on the island close by to the property where she and her husband are raising my first grandson.
I have been managing the property ever since our father's death and was probably one of the first batch of property owners to turn their family home into a holiday destination!
It has given me great pleasure ever since; particularly when guests at the house, enjoy it both for the comforts, the privacy and the relaxation it brings, together with a wonderful experience of an enjoyable holiday on the island of Grenada.
