We booked this cottage for our extended family for a football weekend at the U of Wisc, Madison. The place was perfect. Accommodations perfect! Unbelievably clean and all up to date. Nice television for watching world series and other Football games, entertained some college students and cooked pizzas and chicken wings. Oven was perfect, plenty of kitchen supplies. 3 full bathrooms, very comfortable beds! Spectacular sunrise view! We would like to book again for summer vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My family (17 adults and 11 children) spent a week at Crown Point in August, 2010. We came from N.J, VA., Seattle, Chicago, Calif., and the Yukon Territory. The online information was excellent and we were able to speak to the owner personally with any questions before our arrival. He was on site and beyond helpful with information about activities and local attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone!! It was a wonderful experience.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: This great family rented most of my cottages for a week in August.I can accomodate 28-30 guests and have several large family reunions and wedding parties every year. I have been renting my cottages for 25 years and can help out the person putting an event together!
