Beach Front #1 is a classic style cottage furnished in calming natural tones with a mermaid statue, recovered from an 1800's sailing ship welcoming you at the entrance. The first floor features a king bed and full bath with shower that converts into a steam room, as well as a private dune-level screened deck, complete with Jacuzzi tub. The second floor includes a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, galley-styled kitchen with granite countertops, dining table, and bathroom. An upstairs balcony with sitting area provides a beautiful view of the Gulf.

Seaside is a place different from any other. It allows the whole family a freedom to explore and experience a simpler life while benefiting from the New Urbanism that has been the guiding principle of this town. It doesn't matter if you are going shopping, to the beach, to a restaurant, or to the post office - walking is the preferred means of getting there. The opportunities to enjoy cultural activities whether it be live theater, great art galleries, live concerts, or movies on the lawn; to learn a new skill such as tennis, bocci ball, or extended porch sitting; or just to have fun riding bikes, sharing, and experiencing the special Seaside collection of white picket fences and pastel-colored wooden houses are all right there - just down an inviting brick street or a hidden winding path. Beachfront!! That's what it's all about. We couldn't pass this wonderful cottage up. It's the perfect size in the perfect location of Seaside, Florida. One of the best beach towns located along the Emerald Coast in North West Florida. In fact, the row of beachfront units otherwise known as the Honeymoon Cottages were inspired by the guesthouse Thomas Jefferson built at Monticello.

You have the freedom to choose what each day brings... a bike ride, sunset watching, very relaxing pastimes like the beach... those things are perhaps better here than anywhere but the cool thing is you can be more adventurous if you want. Fishing, Yolo Boarding, Tennis, Nature Excursion, Shopping, Dining its a big list - small to big. Overall the lifestyle here is all about slowing down enough to enjoy whatever you are doing.
