PB&J is a newly remodeled home located steps from the beach and Central Square. A large front porch leads you to a vaulted ceiling kitchen, spacious dining area and comfortable sitting area. Down the hall is a king bedroom with private bath (shower only), a bunk room with two sets of bunks and a hall bath with shower that accesses the outdoor shower. The second floor large loft living room has a wet bar with refrigerator and access to the second floor deck, a queen bedroom and private bath. The third floor tower room has a daybed with trundle, Juliet balcony and views of the town and the Gulf. Also enjoy the screened-in back porch.

We, of course, love the area and we were looking for a family friendly house. Pitter Patter was just what we were looking for. It is open and airy, lots of room to sit and relax and enjoy time spent with your family. Seaside and the Beaches of South Walton are the perfect setting for our vacation home. The beautiful beach, places to explore on our bikes and loads of shopping and dining make it all the more special.

This community is on the Gulf of Mexico along scenic highway 30A. This region is known throughout the world. You are to keep busy with any number of activities right here in Seaside. From riding your bikes around town or a family game of tennis. Have a dip in the pool, watch the sunset at Bud and Alley's, play a round of croquet, check out our local parks or just lay back and relax on our screened in porch.
