Located off the Links Golf Course, this bright and spacious three-bedroom townhouse condominium is an ideal setting for your vacation. Not a big golfer? No problem. Linkside, the resort’s newest condominium development, has its own private pool and two tennis courts on site. And the beach is just blocks away.
With two floors and vaulted ceilings, this place has plenty of space for a big family or group of friends. You’ll love hanging out on the screened porch, where the golf is so close that you just might be able to hear the ball rattle in the cup. The bedrooms are large, and there’s complimentary Wi-Fi. You can’t go wrong here.
The layout is pretty straightforward. All the main common areas – the living/dining area, kitchen and screened porch – are on the upper level along with a bedroom. The master suite and similar-sized third bedroom occupy the lower level. All the bedrooms have connecting bathrooms.
Colorful furnishings and light-colored walls create an upscale beach cottage décor, which is further enhanced by the abundant natural lighting. In the living area, comfortable sofas and easy chairs face a big flat-screen TV. At mealtime, gather at the large wooden dining table or grab a stool at the counter. Light-green walls and tan granite countertops make a soothing combination in the kitchen. Completing the floor is a brightly decorated bedroom with two twin beds that would be perfect for kids.
Downstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed and its own private deck. The adjoining bathroom is huge and includes a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The other bedroom, though not quite as large as the master, is wonderfully furnished.
Among other conveniences of this condominium are a private garage and a washer/dryer area. Condo is approximately 1700 square feet.
This outstanding vacation rental is located within Wild Dunes, a gated island resort known for its relaxed feel and great amenities. Even better, it’s just minutes away from historic Charleston, S.C.

My family and I stayed here when we last visited Wild Dunes. We really enjoyed it! A good "home away from home"! The villa had everything we needed and Wild Dunes had great amenities for everyone in our group.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have stayed in this lovely unit each time we have visited IOP. It is perfect for my family of four plus grandparents. We love the screen porch with ceiling fan. It is the perfect area to dine, watch golfers, or just relax in the shade. We frequent the pool and tennis courts that are located near the unit. The beach on IOP is perfect for children...flat and with generally calm waves. We return year after year to IOP and this unit and always enjoy it.Did you find this review helpful?
