As one of the only dog-friendly rentals in Seaside, Cherished View is the combination of the townhouse, Cherished by the Sea, and the penthouse, Room with a View. With its prime location adjacent to Ruskin Place Artist Colony, you will marvel at its phenomenal views of the town and the Gulf! Entry is through a private elevator that will take you to the first floor of this charming townhouse or choose to take a set of stairs that leads to a lovely wrap-around balcony with seating to enjoy the spectacular sights of the town. With a mix of vintage and modern décor and an array of old antiques found throughout, you will enjoy two separate living/dining area, kitchens and more!
On the first floor of this townhome, the cozy living room includes a flat-screen TV/DVD and a queen sofa bed, as well as three sets of French doors that all open to the expansive balcony. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table for six. Located on both sides of the living room are the two bedrooms. One bedroom includes a queen bed, TV/DVD, private access to the balcony and a private full bath. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, flat-screen TV and private full bath. There is also a stackable washer/dryer tucked into the closet of this room. On the second floor, there is a cozy living room has a gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD and includes a queen sofa bed. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for four and a bedroom with a twin Murphy bed built into an antique bookcase. There is a second stackable washer/dryer in this bedroom. The bath contains a jetted tub with two shower heads for the ultimate experience. Upstairs on the third floor, there is a queen bed with a wet bar and a half-bath which opens to the rooftop terrace for stunning views of the town and the Gulf. For additional options, this cottage may also be rented as two separate two-bedroom townhomes. Dog-friendly; please call for details. Our family has been visiting the Seaside Area for many years. We just absolutely fell in love! It has such a quaint feel in a relaxed way. We really enjoy jumping on our bikes and traveling to the beach or pool. The beaches are the the best in the world.

Seaside is so different than any other vacation spot, it’s the simplest pleasures which each day brings that are most important. It might be the the sunrise over the gulf waters that makes that day spectacular. In any case just being in Seaside around folks that are pleasant and happy is a blessing. You certainly have your own freedom to do what you want from shopping to dining to biking up and down 30-A to a game of tennis or just a relaxing day of doing nothing.
