This gorgeous four season lakeside 3bdrm home is situated on Lake Simcoe just south of the couchiching narrows. The home features expansive wrap-around decking too enjoy evening barbecues and experience the most incredible sunsets you will ever have the pleasure to view, as well as lots of docking to enjoy a cool summer swim. we also provide a paddle boat and plastic tandem kayak to enhance your lake Simcoe experience. For the adventure seeker the home is conveniently located close to Mara provincial beach, Ramara trail and the awesome paved trail of couchaching Park (approx 16km), great for rollerblading, biking or a liesurely walk.
If entertainment is on your list of priorities, Casino Rama is only a short 5 min. drive, so you can take in a number of great bands or try your luck at a roll of the dice. All of your market and shopping needs (liquor, beer store, grocery) can all be met as well, by a short drive to the Port of Orillia (approx. 10 mins.). Plan your stay to co-ordinate with Christmas in July or the famous Maripossa Festival that attracts many famous country and folk artists from all of Canada.
The home itself features a newly renovated eat-in kitchen including granite counter tops, breakfast bar and wood floors comes completely provisioned to ensure you all of the conveniences of home. The dining and sitting areas are compemented by large picture windows offering generous views of beautiful Lake Simcoe and the spectacular sunsets.
The main floor offers two generous sized bedrooms with views to the front yard and gardens. The rooms feature ceiling fans, queen size beds comforters and pillows. Linens can be provided at an additional cost of $30.00 per bed. Additional sleeping quarters are found in the spacious lower level bedroom containing two queen size beds with ensuite three piece bath. The generous size of the lower level provides a great room for children to play while not being underfoot of relaxing parents.
For in home entertainment wireless internet is provided as well as T.V. and DVD player with an assortment of movies(cable or satelite is not available). Some popular board games such as Chess and Monopoly are also provided for rainy day entertainment.
This is a four season property with fabulous access to local snowmoble trails and lake running, not to mention great locations for icefishing right out your back door.
Yacht charter (47' Loa) is also available no better way to see the north of Ontario or maybe a cruise into the city of Barrie from Orillia or just hang out at one of the many gorgeous island on Georgian Bay or Lake Simcoe/Couchiching or possibly to a charter from lake simcoe through the world renown Trent severn waterway (absolutely amazing) call/email for rates.

About the owner: My husband (Jim) and I are in our 40’s somewhat retired I currently have a beauty salon in the north end of Toronto Canada and Jim had his own company in the automotive industry we have always enjoyed the outdoors and absolutely love to enjoy the beauty of nature. We consider ourselves to be somewhat of Nomads in other words we are travel bugs sometimes on our motorcycles kayaks or maybe just enjoying the depths of the oceans, everywhere we have ever visited we looked at each other and said "wouldn’t it be nice to have a place here". The idea of having numerous properties in these location i.e. Vegas for entertainment not to mention the spectacular mountain views Ft Myers offered us the beauty of the beaches i.e. Captiva which is a top beach of the world. Mexico offered us the Scuba diving and of course the easy life I could talk so much more of all of our properties. Our business started with our lake front home in Orillia. In which we found ourselves not spending as much time as we would like there however not wanting to sell it either because we really enjoy the sunsets beaches and of course Rama so we started to rent it out to offset our costs. We received such great positive feedback and my as my husband would put “attention to detail” for our short term accommodations we decided to set our sights on destination locations that would fit this rental profile as well as meet our personal needs and preferences. We have carefully chosen each property in our portfolio to be a home away from home, painstakingly developed in "Martha Stewart" detail to ensure quality comfort so we are free to enjoy the unique fun and entertainment that each property has to offer whether it be a game of golf, the beach, motorcycle riding, skiing or a spectacular sunset. Not being fully retired or the "Rockefellers" or feeling the need to hang our hats in one place for any particular length of time, we are seeking others who enjoy a similar lifestyle and are looking for

I really enjoy what this area has to offer. 2 large lakes with all one can ask for ex. shopping movies casino. I also enjoy the proximity of Beautiful Georgian Bay. Amazing location for a future retirement home.
