  Thank you so much Kim & David for your warm welcome and for letting us enjoy your wonderful cottage. We can't say enough about the location, steps away from the beach and Main Street. We had a great time on our vacation and didn't need anything more than what was provided in the cottage. We especially appreciated having everything we needed for the beach and not have to pack any of it. You did an amazing job at making this unit cozy and comfortable and making us feel at home. We would definitely come back again. Hope to see you again.

  We had such an amazing vacation in Seal Beach with our 2 year old twins Taylor and Hattie. The location of the condo was awesome! If you go straight you are on the beach or at a great park for kids and if you go right you are right on Main Street. The owners put so much attention to detail. We were planning on eating in more but they had a book of all the favorite places and it was hard not to check them out! Very kid friendly and very friendly owners. We appreciate everything and look foward to coming back!

  Very nice apartment and the location is ideal. Lovely to just cross a street to be at the beach. Nice to be so close to Main Street for food, shopping. We'd definitely stay there again.

  You can expect the normal wonderful qualities that a stay in California will have; wonderful weather, numerous attractions, fine dining, etc. But once we stepped into the front door of this property, we were home. fresh cut flowers and candy from a local shop were there on the kitchen counter as we walked in. This was a beautiful apartment stocked with all the amenties of home (from beautiful dishes in the kitchen, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, bikes to toodle around town in and everything you need for a day at the beach). The hosts were fantastic, the residents of the building were friendly and the property was immaculate. We actullay found ourselves staying at "home" most of the week. Why go looking for sun and fun when it is right outside the door?

  We LOVED our time in Seal Beach and especially enjoyed our adorable apartment on Ocean St. Our hosts were the best and they had everything you could possibly need or want to stay there. You only need the bring the clothes and they provide the rest! Even great coffee, beach chairs, boogey boards and fun games to play and books to read( I read 3 while I was there!) We will go back for sure and have already told our friends about it! Also enjoyed the beach cruisers and rode all around the town, We may even come back in the winter we enjoyed is so much,

  Our two week stay was very enjoyable. The unit was as advertised with everything provided from A to Z. The location across from the pier and park was great. We could sit out front and listen to the summer concerts. David and Kim are excellent hosts. We recommend the Crema Cafe and travel to Long Beach on the water taxi from Los Alamitos Marina. We look forward to more cool days in Seal Beach.

  We absolutely loved our time in Seal Beach! The location is phenomenal. The description Dave and Kim give is right on. I loved being steps away from the beach and main street. Everything was clean, filled with amenities from beach items down to little items like coffee, creamer and sugar in the cupboards! This was our 1st time using VRBO and we were a little nervous. I am so glad I listened to all the great reviews. I would definitely go back again!

  This was the perfect little place to stay at! David and Kim had thought of everything you could possibly need from a full stash of coffee to beach toys and luxurious linens. They greeted us personally when we arrived - even saved us a parking spot! There were some amazing local toffees and beautiful flowers to welcome us. Literally, I cannot think of anything that they forgot. All you need to do is pack your swimsuit and you are ready for your beach vacation. The apartment is located super close to the beach and Main Street. We were able to walk for everything we might want or need. There are amazing coffee shops and restaurants around. The patio and grill were the perfect place for us to have family over for our son's birthday party. We want to go back again when we don't have so much to do and just enjoy the vacation rental and all of its amenities! Thank you David and Kim for your wonderful hospitality!

  Our March 2012 visit was to see our new Grandson born in Jan who was adorable and of course the highlight of our trip. The Orleans was perfect and Dave and Kim were like long lost family members. They really care and were so personable. The Condo was very clean and so comfortable and decorated so nicely. The Bed was the most comfortable bed we had ever slept on in a rental, we slept like babies. Dave and Kim thought of everything down to straws for our drinks. The area was beautiful, we enjoyed discovering all of the wonderful restaurants and visiting Long Beach and the Aquaruim was spectacular. The town in Seal Beach was just like Kim described, Mayberry at the Beach. We were just a very short walk from the Ocean and went out in the morning to stroll down the pier with Daughter in-law and Grandson and watch our Son Surf. The Antique stores were wonderful too and so large and we purchased some unusual items to commemorate the trip. We visited Jarad and Brandy's Store i.e. from Storage War's if you watch that TV Reality show. Thier store was not impressive but the staff was very friendly and we love the show and so we bought some of Jarad and Brandy's Outlaw brand clothing. We plan to return and stay at the Orleans. When you get there look up our names in the Guest Book in the Condo. We listed all of the Best Places to eat and added some menus to Kim and Daves fantastic book of information, things to do and places to eat. Big Thanks to Kim and Dave for a wonderful Stay at the Orleans!!!
