This newly redecorated cottage includes a dine-in kitchen, a large living area with game table and a bath (shower only). Upstairs is a queen bedroom with private bath and two double bedrooms that share a hall bath. The third floor has a sitting/play area with a queen sleeper sofa and an open porch. The fourth floor includes access to a perch with spectacular views. Bonuses include an outside shower, a grill, and washer/dryer. A 7-night minimum stay is required in the summer season.

The sentiment here goes all the way back to the 1940’s when the 80 acres that is Seaside was purchased by the town founder’s grandfather... Time was, families coming to the beach stayed in simple cottages... in beach towns where porch-sitting and strolling were activities at least as important as swimming and sunbathing. Of course today there is so much more, but nothing that dismisses those luxurious simplicity.
