  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a decent place for the money. Location on the beach is a major plus. Smallest bathrooms I have ever seen outside of a cruise ship! Nice outside shower almost makes up for this. Basement apartment is damp and dark and the screens for the porch are all torn. Nice LR area and table was large enough for our group of 10.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a wonderful experience (as were all our previous stays at Indeed, Yes). The upper floor changes are a huge improvement. The exception was the downstairs room. It had apparently not been vacuumed, and the "screened" porch had many tears and holes. The bed is a double, not a queen. Suggestions: Re-screen, replace screen door, add at least one more towel bar in the bath. We hope to come back again next year.

  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed in this home. The bathrooms were molded in shower and ceiling. The kitchen was not stocked very well and most items were rusted and old...not much to actually cook with and use. The toilets kept clogging and the management said they would try and get someone to help when we called at 3 pm on weekday. The sent someone the next afternoon...some were left with one bathroom between 9 people. The couch had a hook hanging out the back and the bedroom downstairs was not was damp and stinky. E screens were all ripped up on porch. We took several pictures. Was not worth $...compared to what else is available on the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful time at Indeed Yes during March 2012. We planned this trip as a surprise for my husband's 30th birthday and had a mixture of family and friends stay together at the house. The space is very large with a beautiful view, huge dining table and well stocked kitchen. The only downsides to this home are that the bathroom showers are extremely small with low water pressure and the space downstairs is in need of a renovation. On the upside, Atwood Vacations was so easy to work with...from the drive through to pick up the keys to the house to the quick and friendly response for maintenance, they are just a wonderful rental agency. For what we were looking for, this was a fabulous home!

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The price comparable for this unit was over priced approximate $ 1,800.00 compared to other simular units on the beach. The unit was clean and paint and furniture on inside in good shape, however, the chair, rocking chairs and tables old and need replacing. One of the rockers came apart and dropped me to the floor. The deck, the most important part of the unit was inadequate and needed to be screened in. The downstairs was clean but basically an eye sore. I feel the pictures on the internet were misleading. I do not plan to rent from Atwood in the future. Wayne McGee

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable dining and living area with a nice roomy kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Loved the outside hot and cold shower. The home, because it does accomodate a crowd, did not seem to have enough eating utensils and dishes. We had to purchase paper plates and plastic utensils so we would have enough for each meal without washing all the dishes each time we ate.
