Great central location, extremely well provisioned, clean and comfortable. Very easy to get to golf courses, beaches, shopping, downtown (with its live theater and opera), the Y, baseball, the circus, ....just about anywhere in or near Sarasota is just minutes away. The condo even comes with 3 bicycles; and Sarasota is a bicycle-friendly city. The condo is clean, comfortable and comes with all of the cooking utensils you'll need to make anything from quick meals to gourmet feasts. If you need anything at all, Jeff the property manager is nearby and always helpful. And when you're too tired to go out and enjoy Sarasota, the condo comes equipped with great high speed internet and a premium cable TV subscription. We didn't use the pool since we joined the nearby Y (which is a great facility and very reasonably priced). This condo was in an ideal location ......close to the downtown, all the gorgeous beaches and wonderful restaurants. The condo was clean and updated. The local contact, Jeff, was available if needed and very helpful. My husband and I had a great stay in Sarasota and would like to rent this again when we return.Did you find this review helpful? Wir haben in Sarasota einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht, was u.a. auch an dem sehr schönen und perfekt eingerichteten Appartment lag. Die Lage zum Nr. 1 Strand der USA SIesta Key wie zum Einkaufen und Essen ist dank einer sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung perfekt. Auch die Ausstattung des Appartments ist toll, von 2 schönen Schlafzimmern jeweils mit extra Badezimmer über eine extra grosse Dusche bis hin zum Flatscreen mit hunderten Programmen und WLan ist alles vorhanden was man für die Freizeit so braucht. Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Toll ist besonders der Sonnenuntergang direkt über dem Teich. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter wie auch die Schlüsselübergabe direkt vor Ort funktionierten reibungslos. Wer Florida geniessen will,ist hier richtig! Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, für einen ruhigen Urlaub in Herzen Sarasotas- perfekt für 4 Personen. Sehr gepflegt und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet- es fehlt an nichts. Die beide Badezimmer sind modern und sauber. Im Betten sind gute Matratzen, was für Rückengeplagte wichtig ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und die 4 Wochen sind im nu vorbei. Da unser Vermieter uns sehr gut und freundlich betreut hat, werden wir bestimmt wiederkommen.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
