  We just got back from a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The photos do not do this home justice. The house was spotless and very well appointed. The decor is amazing - very tastefully done with coastal accents. The lanai, pool and backyard area are absolutely amazing! We did 100% of our living in this space. You can see the sunsets from the dock area and we had two manatees visit in the canal everyday. The kids got a kick out of watching the birds fish from the docks everyday. The location is fantastic as well - 2 mins to Vanderbilt beach, 5 mins to Wiggins Pass, 2 mins to great shops & restaurants at the Mercato and Waterside Shops, and about 15 mins to downtown Naples. We will definitely be booking this property again.

  Great location near Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. Can walk to The Ritz Carlton or The Turtle Club for lunch or drinks from Vanderbilt Beach. Plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The house is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and has all of the amenities you could need for a month long stay. The pool is great and all of the lanai doors fold back so that you can enjoy open air living, while still getting shade and enjoying meals in fresh air. We opened the Lanai, and could watch the Superbowl while enjoying the pool and great weather, and the manatees who came to feed in the canal. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's nearby were a surprising plus. The house manager was very responsive and helpful when needed. We plan to return next year for a couple of weeks. It is a great alternative to a high rise condo, especially if you love to be on the water.

  This house has it all and we can't wait to go back! Gorgeous home with beautiful furnishings, comfortable and super well taken care of. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the lanani, we used it every night. Its close to the beach and all the fun things to do in Naples. We can not wait to go back! Recommend this to anyone!

  This home met ALL our expectations and more. It's super clean, well kept, decorated darling and has the perfect setup for a vacation. This was our first time in Naples and we loved everything about it! The house has everything and anything you could need to make your vacation fabulous. We can not wait to go back and are very thankful that the home owners share their beautiful home with people. I have NOT one thing negative to say! The pool and lanai were perfect and we spent most our time there. We will be back soon!

  This is a lovely home and exactly as described. It is in a very convenient location with shops and restaurants very close and the beach only a 10 minute bike ride away. The pool was lovely as was the inlet. My whole family enjoyed the vacation and there was always somthing to do! The concierge met us upon arrival and the rental process was very professional! I highly recommend this property!

  We spent a considerable amount of time looking for a holiday rental in Naples: our efforts were more than rewarded when we picked this rental property. They say location is everything and indeed this property is ideally positioned close to the Vanderbilt beach and the Delnor Wiggins Reserve. In addition you can literally 'roll out of bed' and you are next to a lovely pool and have a great view across the canals towards the waterfront hotels - a great place to enjoy the morning sun and the evening sunsets.......just watch out for the mosquitoes! The facilities within the house are everything you would expect in your own home and everywhere is scrupulously clean and tidy. We also had access to fishing equipment and bicycles which came in very handy when you wanted to get around without having to use the car and it is a great way to see parts of Naples you would not see by car. The owners provide a pass to Delnor Wiggins nature reserve - this is well worth a visit especially if you want to try fishing off the beach or just want to see a different part of the beach - it is literally a 5 minute drive from the house. During our stay we had a tropical storm and a problem with the power supply - the management letting company and the Owners were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them - looking after the customer was their number one priority. Would we return? Absolutely......   We loved the home and the location it was in. We are already talking of when we will return to visit again. We were surprised with the amount of equipment already available in the home. There was an abundance of pool floats/toys, beach chairs/mats/toys, fishing equipment, bikes, board games and movies. The home and decor were beautiful and in the perfect location to get to shops, dining, beach, etc. The park pass was great for close beach access. Sitting by the canal with a cup of coffee watching the sun set was wonderful. My kid's couldn't get enough of the pool. As for the area around the home, we loved the dining options that were nearby. I highly recommend the Whole Hog Fish at Citrus, USS Nemo and M Waterfront Grill. Also a stroll down 5th Ave and the shops was very enjoyable. Adelheidi's and The Original Mon"key" Bread have some great treats. We will definitely return to Naples and plan on staying in this home when we do so. Thanks so much to Antoinette for allow us to stay in such a lovely place. Thanks to Diane for her warm welcome when we arrived. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

  We rented this home as a last minute vacation and it was definately the right choice. The house is as described and more! The layout of the house is great with the master bedroom on one side and 2 other bedrooms on the other (everything is spotless).The owners have thought of everything. Short bike ride or walk to beach but the pool and fishing are also steps from the lani. Bikes,fishing poles, beach umbrella and toys are all provided. The owner is very helpful and called to make sure we were happy. Diane met us at the house when we arrived and answered any questions. She was also super nice. We will definately rent this house again!!! Would recommend it to anyone looking for vacation in Naples.

  We had a blast in this waterfront house! two couples with kids, enough rooms and privacy in this house, bedrooms are placed other sides of house. pool is great and neighborhood is safe and pretty. nice places to go even by walk. we definitely recommend this place and certainly will come again! thanks! harri& co. form finland

  We would absolutely recommend this home in Naples without hesitation. We loved it. It was everything you could imagine from the description and images and then some. Our family of 4 from Dublin, Ireland had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home with great facilities and close to so many amazing locations. Our 2 kids aged 10 and 7 both loved the pool, enjoyed fishing on the dock and successfully each landed a fish(So did Dad!). The 4 bicycles were used to cycle on the cycle paths which were really excellent and we cycled to Vanderbilt beach, Delnor Wiggins state park and other local amenities. The weather was amazing and we had a wonderful outdoors active holiday. Our positive impression started before we left Ireland when the owners outlined answers to all our queries especially with regard to arriving on the first night. Sure enough, everything worked perfectly when we arrived late after a day in Busch Gardens in Tampa. All was in place, the house was clean and well maintained and there were instructions for everything and loads of recommendations. We felt at home immediately. We had a great time in South West Florida visiting downtown Naples, taking an airboat ride in the Everglades (seeing Alligator, Raccoon and Totch's Island), eating in great restaurants, wonderful shopping and lots lots more. It was one of the best vacations of our life.
