  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing that was a little unsettling were the large bugs that came out at night. I'm sure it's common for the area, but being from Minnesota, we were a bit taken aback. Other than that, it was absolutely fantastic!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on our vacation! The house was perfect for us. 4 kids and 2 adults. The bathrooms and kitchen could use some updating, but it didn't interfere with how much fun we had! Location was perfect! We walked right across the street to the beach! All in all, I would stay again! Thanks for another great year!

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the amount of people that the home sleeps the kitchen and living areas were very small. The deck railing around the house is beginning to fall off and is a hazard especially for young children. Also we saw at least 4 roaches while there. The range was awful on the stove and there was not enough silverware provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only complaint would be that they could use some new comforters. Other then that we had our best time at the beach!! Ironic considering the name! Atwood came through for us on a very last minute vacay, thanks!!!

The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dripping AC vents due to lack of insulation. House appeared larger online; much smaller than others.gravel or some ground cover below would be nice(muddy when rain). Drains in showers very slow.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: after 20 consecutive years of staying in 44-A, i feel imminently qualified to offer the following critique..#1 it was unpleasant to share the house with the resident palmetto bug population. never a problem before but certainly disconcerting.....2# the living room furniture has never been changed in our 20 years of renting and to put it mildly is uncomfortable and virtually impossible to sit on for any length of time.(sectional couch and rocker) CHANGE THEM. God knows you've made enough money from my family alone to pay for new furniture.......coffee pot needs replacing......location remains ideal.....please take this as construtive criticism.......long time guests, the harbin family Manager responded on 6/8/2011: Hey Larry,Thanks for choosing Best of Times and Atwood Vacations for the best few decades!
