Just minutes away from the beach and Central Square in Seaside, this single room unit has a queen bed and a bath (shower only), a sitting/dining area with TV/ DVD and an efficiency kitchen with a under counter refrigerator, microwave and oven. A small furnished balcony offers an intimate setting to enjoy the view and there is an added bonus outdoor shower. For additional room, the main three bedroom cottage, Sandbox II, may also be rented.
