Only 5 miles from famous Colorado ski resort Breckenridge with all its amusements, shopping and dining. Around 30 min of driving to 3 other ski resorts in Summit County – Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain. 115 miles from Denver Airport.
The house is quite spacious and is perfect for getaway:
- in real winter for skiing and snowboarding - it starts snowing in early October and stays until late May;
- in mild summer for biking and hiking - the day temperatures are not higher than 75 F;
- anytime simply from civilization. Almost everybody wants to be for some time out of the city, but having the access to all the amenities and conveniences. That’s why the unit comes with 2 fireplaces, private hot tub, jet tub and steam, billiard table, TVs, DVD/Blue Ray players, games, washer/dryer and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all cooking/dining utensils).
Bedding includes a log queen bed in the master bedroom (main level), log full sofa sleeper in the living room (main level), two bunk beds (full/twin and twin/twin) in children’s bedroom in basement, log queen/twin bunk bed in guest’s bedroom (basement) and a queen sofa sleeper+twin love seat sleeper at the loft. Living rooms at both levels and all the bedrooms have TVs. There is Wi-Fi Internet as well.
Our house is non-smoking. No pets are allowed.
There is a garage for 2 cars and open parking place for 3 cars.
All bookings are no less than 4 nights.

How do you keep an active group of 13 people happy? Is there really a vacation home for grandparents, parents, teens, kids and friends? Yes. you found it; go to this beautiful home in Breck! Pool table, hot tub, great kitchen, ample room to relax, comfortable furnishings, close to the slopes and restaurants, yet quiet enough that if you are planning a working vacation, you are still able to be productive. The home is well maintained and the owners exceedingly easy to work with. Summer or winter, you will find this home makes for a great get-away. Your group will be so happy, they will ask that you plan their next trip!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented the house for New Year's Eve celebration and we all absolutely loved it! The house is stylish, spacious, super clean and equipped with everything you may need. Lovely views, cozy atmosphere, conveniently located in a quiet, beautiful mountain area of Colorado.
