  My son and 2 other friends stayed here in February. It's laid out perfectly, close to the lifts (prolly wouldn't want to walk the distance in ski boots, but it's a short walk in snowboard boots). Hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

  My friend and I really enjoyed this nice lodge. Everything looks new, rooms are spacious and have all their own bathroom, the kitchen counter is big and can be used for both cooking and eating, they are some storage for you ski gears and the outside hot tub is a big plus! Also very convenient location: 5 min away (walking) from Aspen downtown and ski resort. Definitely recommended!

  Owner response: Thank you! This unit has the largest bedrooms available in the entire complex, and with the 2 floor design there's an abundance of common area as well. The hot tubs are always popular, especially in the winter. Even though we're just a 5 minute walk to the center of town, having a free bus stop onsite is an added benefit. I hope you decide to return again and stay with us!

  My girlfirends and I (5 of us) came to Aspen to hike Maroon Bells and surrounding mountains. This condo was the perfect place to fit our needs for the five days we were here. The location was great since it was walking distance (about 3 blocks) to downtown Aspen for shopping, grocery store and restaurants. And we were within 10-15 miles of our hiking destinations. The property was very comfortable, well furnished and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc since we enjoyed cooking a few nights during our stay. The balcony extended over the river which added a scenic touch to the property. During our visit, Aspen had their annual Rugby tournament, a Wine Tasting event and Snowmass hosted their 37th annual Hot Air Balloon festival. And to top it all off, the Aspens were changing colors and they were spectacular. I would highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Aspen. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!

  Great location and beautiful condo. We absolutely enjoyed our weekend here. The condo is walking distance to downtown, but we enjoyed dining on the patio right next to the river. Plenty of room for all of our guests. We will absolutely be back~

  Great location. Enjoyed sitting on the deck while the river flowed by. Just 3 blocks into town. The condo has an odd layout with the living room and kitchen down stairs from the entry, but once we accepted that, it offered everything we needed. The stairs are a little steep.

  A very nice property with an exceptionally spacious master bedroom. Each of the 3 bathrooms was updated and nicely done. The living room furniture is not new, but it is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped with a really nice granite topped breakfast bar which we used for dinner as well. I was surprised to see that the tv in the master bedroom was not a flatscreen and could not be adjusted to face the bed, but all the other tv's were more modern and positioned for easy viewing. I used the pool just once and it was nice and relaxing and uncrowded. The property was clean and we had a mid-week change of linens, even though we only stayed five days. Brian the manager, was wonderful, very responsive and quick to return calls for the questions we had. The photos accurately represent the property and the views, but they don't show that the balcony is not a private one. You share the balcony with the folks in the adjacent unit. I would not hesitate to rent this same property if it were available on a return visit to Aspen.

  Owner response: Thank you for your review! We have just upgraded the TV in the Master Bedroom to a Samsung 32" Flat Screen and have upgraded the TV in the Living room to a very nice Samsung 40". Additionally we have improved the couch in the living room by re-padding the cushions. Almost all the balconies in this complex are shared, some by the entire floor, where this unit only shares with one other unit. Every unit has their own BBQ. The owners of this unit also purchased 2 additional deck chairs, so you have twice as many places to sit as your neighbors. Hope to have you back again soon!

  well located to the main village attractions, dining etc. Would only suggest a second "bench" for the table because the area is very tight.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.

There are additional chairs in the unit to use around the table as well. We've also bought additional deck chairs to help you enjoy the great location over the Roaring Fork River.   We have been there on December 2011 and it was a fantastic place! The place is very spacious, clean and very well organized. A very good kitchen space, with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal, a great leaving room, spacious bedrooms and very good and new toilets. The condo is located in a strategic position and just few minutes to the centre, one minute to the supermarkets. A place that it is very good and kept very well, the compound is clean and with an amazing hot swimming pool. Very raccomended.
