This apartment occupies one full story of a beautifully maintained Art Moderne building. The unit has been completely renovated and is a 5 star property. The ceilings are 12 feet high, for an airy and stately atmosphere. It has a balcony with a tranquil view.
No expense was spared renovating and furnishing this apartment. Most of the furnishings are crafted by the high end Argentine designer Eugenio Aguirre. It is a perfect alternative for those who do not want to be cramped in a smaller hotel room or apartment.
The apartment has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a King Size bed, with Four Seasons Presidential suite mattresses. There is a totally renovated master bathroom with marble throughout. There is also a second full, totally renovated bathroom. The kitchen is a chef’s delight and has also been completely renovated with high end materials, furnished with everything you would find in your home.
This apartment is perfect for one to two couples or a family, suitable for a longer term stay in Buenos Aires or for pampering yourself for just a few short nights. I stayed in this apartment with my daughter and another mother/daughter. The apartment was perfect as it had 2 nice size master bedrooms complete with king beds in both and a bathroom in between. The other bath and kitchen are in a separate area which we loved in case someone got up early. The beds were super comfortable, linen great and loved overall warm contemporary feel of the apartment. Owner was super easy to work with, allowing us to check in early and out late for a nominal fee. We were met by an assistant at the door who showed us around the unit and was available for as at any time for questions. The location is wonderful-right across the street from great bakeries-makes you feel as though you are a local. Neighborhood and apartment felt very safe. Owner thought of all the details-blow dryer, international phone to use while there and well stocked kitchen. Loved our stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

The building and the apartment could have been in Paris or Berlin. Well kept building and very spacious apartment, perfect for two couples. Location couldn't have been more convenient for transportation. Green Grocer and Bakery just a few steps away; Laundry too. The owner's representative was more than helpful in arranging tickets, airport transportation etc. He provided us with much information. Great week on Calle Junin. ThanksRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

This 2/2 apartment in Recoleta was a wonderful find! It is spacious, bright, airy, and clean with modern amenities and fixtures. The owner, Steve, and the manager, Martin, were very helpful and accommodating (Martin is a great source of information! Just ask). The apartment is in a nice location, and is close to a lot of restaurants, shops, and stores. Recoleta Cemetery is within walking distance. However, if you are sensitive to noise, the second bedroom may be better for you (the master bedroom is on the street side). We love BA and appreciate this rental in Recoleta. Recoleta is definitely the neighborhood for central location and feeling very safe. The photos of the rental show it's comfort as described. We were there with our adult son and his wife and seating was comfortable in the living room and at the dining table and the beds are great. The kitchen had everything you would need. The two bathrooms are clean and lovely. The entire rental was very clean and the manager who meets you was so very nice. The owner is a professional property owner in his smooth dealings, contract, and transactions. I would recommend this property to friends. We took a day out of the city to play Polo at El Camino Polo. They picked us up at our door and this was a highlight of our trip. We highly recommend this day trip after you have experienced the great city of BA.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

This apartment is very well designed, large, beautiful, and located just a few blocks from the heart of Recoleta. Great unit in an excellent building. Amenities abound, including an unexpected surprise of free long distance calls to the USA, which made it nice to check in with family back home. Everything you could possibly need is also within a short walk. Make this your home base for travel purposes. You will love the unit, you will love the location, and you had better book it before I lock it down for my return visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

We were happy to be met by a friendly agent who greeted us and showed us around the apartment. In Buenos Aires it is so important to have a beautiful place to stay in so we were delighted to be able to come home after a day in the city and rest in this modern stylish apartment and be so comfortable. It is situated in a great area of Recoleta with wonderful restaurants and cafes everywhere.
