  We arrived at the condo and it was just as it was pictured. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. I am already planning to return in June/July and will definitely contact Jason to rent from him again. I have even started referring friends and family. Thanks VRBO and Jason!

  My mom, two sisters and two pre-teens had the pleasure of renting this condo for two nights and loved it! There was seaweed along the shore, but that didn't stop us from swimming in the ocean waters! The pool was excellent as was the hot tub, and the condo was quiet and roomy for the 6 of us. Jason promptly refunded my deposit and was very professional to work with. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great view and convenient place to stay.

  We have stayed at many resorts in Panama City and paid for a name. This condo at Regency Towers was just as good as any of the newer ones and we had more space!!!!! The staff was friendly and someone was always cleaning everywhere you looked. The beach is absolutely gorgeous of course. Many thanks to Jason for sharing this little peice of heaven and not clearing out my bank account :o)

  Jason thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo this past week. We all enjoued ourselves and you should have gotten a good report from the person that cleaned the unit as we left it in very good shape. We hope to be able to rent your unit again in the future as it is one of the best units that I have rented. We will recommend anyone that ask to rent from you. Thanks again for your part in our wonderful vacation. Also we met several of the owners there and they all were very nice.

  I've been meaning to email you and let you know that we had a great time at your condo. Your place was awesome and I would definitely recommend it! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed(especially liked the books and magaizines}. The weather was great and the beach and water were wonderful. We are so glad we didn't cancel because of the oil spill. We hope to make this a yearly trip, and if we do we will definitely contact you.

  What a great place you guys have in Panama City Beach. We loved the coondo and our family has a very memorable vacation. The place was clean, well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice patio set to relax on. Can't say enough about the place as this was our fourth time staying at Regency Towers, and we experienced the other side of the coin renting directly through them. The slow elevators are still there, but gives us something to laugh about. We will stay there again without hesitation for future visits to Panama City Beach. Thanks for making our stay worry free.
