Well, as the other reviewers have stated, Steve is an amazing guy and we were blessed that we had chosen his condo to stay at. Although I have to admit, after reading the other reviews I'm feeling a little jealous! Apparently you are THAT nice to everyone who stays at your place. I thought we were different! ;-) But seriously the condo was perfect for our annual shopping trip and we will not even consider staying anywhere else. It was COMFORTABLE, BEAUTIFUL and SUPER CLEAN! Everything we could possibly need was there. After a long and exhausting day of shopping, it felt just like coming home. Thanks for opening your home to us Steve!

What a lovely condo to host our bi-annual girls weekend get away. The condo was VERY comfortable, nicely furnished, and had all the amenities we needed to be comfortable and relaxed. Steve was very easy to work with and made sure we had what we needed. It is located close to anything you may what to do or may need at the lake and very easy to find. We relaxed and refreshed at Spa Shiki at the Lodge of Four Seasons, watched game 5 of the NCLS with other Cardinal fans at H.Toads, shopped, shopped, and shopped some more and then had a delicious dinner at Biggy's. Of course Kays for breakfast was a must! We topped off our stay with a chick flick our last evening on the DVD/TV system in the condo. I would highly recommend this condo - in fact we plan on contacting them again when our spring weekend rolls around!

Our trip was wonderful for some old timers. We shopped, went to the park, Evergreen, Etc etc. We love the place and actually feel it should be ours - My friend calls it our home - away from home - and we are going to try to come a couple of times a year. Steps were okay - not too much. Loved sitting on the deck and feeding the fish, turtles, birds and chipmunks in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. Very relaxing and we went in October so it was VERY quiet. The decor was great and Steve was very helpful, the condo was clean, plenty of towels, good laundry facilities right in our condo, We played games and watched videos too - it was just so relaxing - just what we wanted. Thank you Steve for all your help.

Spent a long weekend at your condo. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated and furnished. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the sunset. Steve was great to work with. Will come back when I get the chance and will recommend the condo to family and friends. Thanks for eveything.

Steve, Thank you so much for letting us stay @ your super clean condo. We had a great Girls getaway! I will definatley be looking you up again for furture stays in the Ozarks. Loved the new MM 0 Dale Blue, Nauti-Rooster Bar and Grill, The Damn Bar and Grill was nice to on the strip, hot summer nights car show was there that night we went to the strip. Can't say enough good things about my stay!!! P.S. loved how you stayed in touch with me to make sure everything was going smooth.

I consider myself Lucky to have stumbled upon this condo we had a wedding to attend and needed a place that would sleep 7! It worked out perfect there was plenty of space and with the 2 Bathrooms we were not all trying to get ready right on top of each other. The third floor view was awesome and sitting out on the balconey was so very nice in the early morning and even though Grandma was with us she had no problem managing the 8 stair steps from the parking lot to the front door. The full Kitchen was so nice as it allowed to fix our own meals and enjoy our time without rushing trying to go get something to eat. The location is great and really easy to get to in fact on Labor day weekend it only took 10 minutes to get from the Dam to the condo and if you are familliar with the Lake you will know that is almost unbelievable! Now I have to admit the new bypass around the lake really helped with the travel time, when the new road is complete it will be even easier to get to! If you have some time and want to do some sightseeing we would suggest you check out Casa De Loco this is where the wedding was held, it is about 30 minutes away and the drive/ goat path up to it really needs some help! But the winery was really neat and the wine was worth going for, their Kona Port was simply amazing but my favorite was the Schizo a white with a hint of citrus and oak! Steve was great to work with and kept in contact with us throught the whole Rental Process in fact he even called on our way down to check on us and ensure we hadn't had any trouble. We will Definately be back! We will continue to share our wonderful experience with our friends I just hope they don't book it for the dates we want! I could keep going on and on but the main thing to consider is the condo is clean, convienient, reasonably priced and Steve is really good to work with! Don't Pass up a really great place to stay!!

We were very happy with this condo. It had everything we needed and more.....since we never used the kitchen!! Who wants to cook when you are on vacation plus there are alot of great restaurants in the Ozarks. Steve was very easy to work with and always answered any questions I had regarding the condo. It was a condo that you could kick off your shoes and go barefoot unlike the hotels. I would stay in Steve's condo if we are able to go back to the Ozarks. It was a very pleasant experience! Thanks Steve!!

Absolutely Perfect Place to Stay at the Lake

Was visiting my son who is a Marine and presently stationed at Ft. Leonardwood for training. We spent the week and had a wonderful time, the girls shopped at the outlet while my husband fished everyday. When we were able to bring my son off base for the weekend it was absolutely perfect. We couldnt have been more pleased, everything was perfect, the Condo was very tastefully decorated, and very very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staying there was our Pleasure. In fact, because of the wonderful stay we had there, we are tossing the thought of buying our own Condo at the Ledges. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, Steve was great to work with, he called to make sure everything was alright when we arrived, and a follow up call on the last morning we were there. If you are considering vacationing at Osage Beach, This is the place to stay, We enjoyed everything. Great View from the deck, watched the fish, turtles, fed the ducks, Shopping at the Outlets, Fishing at the Lake and the Dam. What a wonderful memory this week will be for all of us. If you have a son or daughter in the Armed Forces, I know they will appreciate staying here, So much nicer to sit, talk, enjoy the view, BBQ on the deck, and have family time. This Condo exceeded our expectations, Thanks Steve for making our week there absolutley perfect. If we ever get back to the Lake of the Ozarks we will definately be calling you again. SEMPER FIDELUS

My friends and I just spent time here at the lake to crappie fish. Steve's place was great and he is excellent to work with. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated! Highly recommend!!

This beautifully furnished, lakeside condominium and its quiet, peaceful location exceeded my expectations! Very comfortable King bed and extremely clean interior throughout. Neighbors friendly and helpful - even showed me where the crappie were biting! Enjoyed sitting out on the deck, playing my guitar and taking in the sights and sounds of the lake. From my first contact via the VRBO website to my departure, the owner, Steve, was helpful and pleasant - answered all my questions in a courteous and prompt manner. I would recommend this property to my family and friends without any hesitation and hope that I may have the opportunity to make a return visit in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo at the Ozarks. Loved the leather furniture and the master bed was so comfortable. The dock was really close to the condo so was a quick walk to boat. Thanks again Steve for the use of your great place !

Our family had a great time at this condo! We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, the condo was very clean and updated. We spent most mornings eating breakfast on the deck and the kids enjoyed feeding the ducks, turtles, and fish in the Lake. The pools were great and rarely crowded so we had lots of fun in the sun. This condo is conveniently located near the mall and lots of great restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful and informative giving us plenty of ideas of things to do!! We look forward to returning again soon and would recommend this condo to anyone needing a place to stay!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at the condo. We did not want to leave. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 (the pictures don't do it justice). Our kids really enjoyed the close access to both pools and the swimming cove. I really enjoyed waking up and spending some quiet time on the balcony overlooking the water. The owner was very helpful in providing family-oriented places to visit and recommended some great places to rent boats which we did for one of our days there. The condo is very close to many area attractions and restaurants. I think our favorite attraction was visiting Bridal Cave and the kids also enjoyed miniature golf at Pirate's Cove. The "girls" spent some time at the outlet mall while the "boys" took in the state and city parks. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family and look forward to visiting again.

This was our first time staying in a condo instead of the traditional hotel/motel at the Lake.....and WOW! I don't think we'll ever "go back"!! This condo has great quality, taste and the absolute most comfortable king size bed ever! The pictures don't do it justice! It was even better than expected! Also, the owner was so very helpful and thorough in getting us there and helping us settle in......he did everything but show up to give us a grand tour! He gave us everything from directions to suggestions as to how to enjoy everything available.....what a great experience! We can't wait to go back! Next time, though, we'll consider staying in for dinner and dining on the great deck and enjoying the lake view even though the Outback Steakhouse was fantastic! Also, don't forget to try Kay's for breakfast! Seriously, don't miss out! A trip to the Lake w/o staying in this condo just wouldn't be a vacation for us anymore! We're sold!

Had a wonderful time when we stayed at this condo. The different views from around the property are beautiful. The condo is very comfortable, and clean. There is plenty of room! We even set up tables and scrapbooked. The area really offers something for everyone. Swimming, boating, shopping, wine tasting. The perfect place to spend your vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.
