We invite you to stay in our beautiful, luxurious, two bedroom, two bath Villa-PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED-located in the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Fairway Villas has the best location in the resort-just a stroll to world class shops, markets, beaches, great golfing and classy hotels-there's even a gas station for your rental car fill ups! You may need this little convenience as the Big Island definitely lives up to it's name, BIG ISLAND!
The resort is a 20 minute drive north from the Kona International Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii. Costco is located just 5 minutes south of the airport for stocking up on supplies prior to check in. Located along the South Kohala shoreline, we have lots of sunshine and pretty constant daytime temps in the 80-90 degree range. Every day is beautiful in Wailkoloa Beach Resort!!
Our resort area is perfect for kids and adults alike. If you are a golfer, this is heaven. If you're a beach bum, then 'A' Beach in front of the Marriott is perfect and happens to be one of the most beautiful beaches on the island! Hapuna Beach State Park is just 10 minutes up the road. There are many nice restaurants and stores throughout the resort area providing plenty of shopping and eating experiences.
Our condo is a 10 minute walk to beautiful 'A' Beach and the Marriott and a short free shuttle ride to the Hilton where you can swim with the dolphins! We are 2 minutes from the King's Shops and across the street from the new Queen's Marketplace(but we're tucked away in a private, quiet location). The Queen's Marketplace even has a grocery store now for everyone's convenience! Another plus, we are right on the golf course!
This villa has all the modern amenities you would expect plus a great view of the golf course. We are located on the FIRST FLOOR with a patio that faces the 1st hole of the Waikoloa Beach course! Our condo is tastefully decorated with furniture and art reflecting the Hawaii/Pacific Rim style. The ceilings are high, counter tops are granite and there is a relaxing soaking tub in the master bath! There is assorted beach gear, games, and all the kitchen accessories necessary to make a wonderful "home" cooked meal.
There is HIGH SPEED WIRE or WIRELESSS INTERNET ACCESS-NO CHARGE plus a All-in One printer for printing boarding pass, faxing,etc.! AM/FM/CD player/Ipod/Iphone docking station for listening to your favorite music. Three FLAT SCREEN TV's, 47" in the Living Room, 42"in the Master Bedroom and 26" in the 2nd bedroom, each tv has a DVD player, two have Internet access for streaming your favorite videos.
In our Fairway Villas complex there is a beautiful "infinity" pool, spa, fitness center and barbeque area for your enjoyment. You will not be disappointed when you stay in our "home away from home".

- Air Conditioning : An important detail as many Hawaii condos do not have central air!
- Linens Provided : Good quality sheets and towels provided by our management company. Always an extra supply on hand in our linen closet including beach/pool size towels.
- Elevator : There are elevators in our complex, but you don't need one for ours!! We're on the FIRST FLOOR.

Great location in a great complex and super value for the money. Very clean, well maintained and supplied and very comfortable. The location couldn't be better! Beautiful view on the golf course. We had our young children with us (ages 4 and 3) and they loved being able to just step outside and play in the grass in the back. We weren't stuck inside. Plenty of room between the back patio and the actual course. They also loved the boogie boards too! It was nice to be able to put in a DVD for them in their room rather than only having the DVD player in the main room like at most places we have stayed before. Great place for with the kids or without them too. Top notch amenities all the way around. Nice kitchen, plenty of towels, beach stuff, cooler, etc. We would certainly recommend the property to friends and relatives and return for future stays. Can't wait to come back!

The stay at the Fairway Villas was an incredible experience! Our stay exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The amenities were beyond what was expected as well. The beds were comfortable, quality linens, fluffy pillows which were a plus. The kids loved having their own room with twin beds and a TV with DVD player. The view of the golf course was wonderful. The kids loved playing outside around the back porch overlooking the green. It was entirely peaceful, quiet and breezy. The amenities within the Villa were great! There was a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, utensils and a spice rack which made it awesome so we could season and cook out on the grill next to the pool area. We had everything we needed at all times! The flat screen televisions were an awesome addition with Netflix available and DVD players. Also had an iPod docking station too which was a great addition. The pool was beautiful and the workout room was amazing! It was open and airy and made working out a wonderful experience. The shops were conveniently located as well. Everything from start to finish was impeccable! We would highly recommend Fairway Villas for a relaxing, stress free stay! We couldn't have asked for more with the accomodations!

We stayed here in January 2009 and enjoyed every moment. Fairway Villas have the best position, very close to A-beach, King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. The fitness room is beautiful; it has glass walls all around. A2 is very conveniently located at the entrance in the complex. The patio is facing the golf course and you can see the snow on Mauna Kea. Plenty of towels, linens, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach mats, toys. We will definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
