We invite you to stay in our beautiful, luxurious, two bedroom, two bath Villa-PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED-located in the Fairway Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort. Fairway Villas has the best location in the resort-just a stroll to world class shops, markets, beaches, great golfing and classy hotels-there's even a gas station for your rental car fill ups! You may need this little convenience as the Big Island definitely lives up to it's name, BIG ISLAND!
The resort is a 20 minute drive north from the Kona International Airport on the Big Island of Hawaii. Located along the South Kohala shoreline, we have lots of sunshine and pretty constant daytime temps in the 80-90 degree range. Every day is beautiful in Wailkoloa Beach Resort!!
Our resort area is perfect for kids and adults alike. If you are a golfer, this is heaven. If you're a beach bum, then 'A' Beach in front of the Marriott is perfect and happens to be one of the most beautiful beaches on the island! There are many nice restaurants and stores throughout the resort area providing plenty of shopping and eating experiences.
Our condo is a 10 minute walk to beautiful 'A' Beach and the Marriott and a short free shuttle ride to the Hilton where you can swim with the dolphins! We are 2 minutes from the King's Shops and across the street from the new Queen's Marketplace(but we're tucked away in a private, quiet location). The Queen's Marketplace even has a grocery store now for everyone's convenience! Another plus, we are right on the golf course!
This villa has all the modern amenities you would expect plus a great view of the golf course. We are located on the FIRST FLOOR with a patio that faces the 6th hole! Our condo is tastefully decorated with furniture and art reflecting the Hawaii/Pacific Rim style with a few whimsical pieces throughout to make you smile. The ceilings are high, counter tops are granite and there is a relaxing soaking tub in the master bath! There is assorted beach gear, games, VCR/DVD movies, and all the kitchen accessories necessary to make a wonderful "home" cooked meal when you run out of restaurants to try! There is HIGH SPEED WIRELESSS INTERNET ACCESS-NO CHARGE! Televisions in the Living Room, Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom, two with VCR and DVD/CD/MP3 players so you or your kids can watch your favorite movies when you come back from a hectic day at the beach.
In our Fairway Villas complex there is a beautiful "infinity" pool, spa, fitness center and barbeque area (that has recently been improved and expanded)for your enjoyment. You will not be disappointed when you stay in our "home away from home".

- Air Conditioning: An important detail as many Hawaii condos do not have central air!
- Washer: Washer and dryer are full sized stacked units inside the condo.

- Linens Provided: Good quality sheets and towels provided by our management company. Always an extra supply on hand in our linen closet including beach/pool size towels.
- Off Street Parking: Parking is available in front of our building.
- Elevator: There are elevators in our complex, but you don't need one for ours!! We're on the first floor.

- King Bed: Wonderfully comfortable king bed to sleep in after a hard day on the golf course or shopping or just beaching it!
- Twin/Single Bed: Twins are great for kids! Can be pushed together for adults.
- Convertible Bed: Overflow in the living room! (With privacy blinds on the sliding glass door to the lanai.)
- Crib: Cribs are available through our management company. Just ask!

- Mountain View: South Kohala Mountain range is off in the distance. Beautiful view from the lanai.

Why the Owner Chose Fairway Villas
The Fairway Villas complex is a very well maintained condo resort. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool/barbeque area is not only attractive but very user friendly. The units themselves are very modern with high ceilings, granite countertops, and in ours a gorgeous golf course facing view!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
You can walk to EVERYTHING from our condo! There is even a wonderful grocery/deli store across the street in the Queens Market as well as great shopping in the Kings Shops just a 2 minute walk away. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and if you need to go farther-like to swim with the dolphins at the Hilton, there are free shuttles from the shopping areas.

My husband and I visited the Big Island for our 30th wedding anniversary. We fell in love with Fairway Villas (where we happened to be staying) and purchased our condo that very week! While it was an impulsive thing to do, we never regretted the enjoyment we got every time we went to our home away from home. It's a pleasure to share our enjoyment by renting it out to other vacationers!
