Located across from the beach, Masterpiece is an expertly decorated home with custom fabrics, original artwork, state-of-the-art appliances and beautiful dark wood floors. The first floor includes a large kitchen with a separate wet bar area that opens into the living area and spacious front porch. There is also a side foyer area and powder room, as well as a queen bedroom with a full bath (shower only) with private access to the front porch. Upstairs, you are greeted by a nice den area that opens to the 2nd floor balcony porches and a Master king bedroom with a large full bath. There are also two other bedrooms- one with a queen bed with full bath and private porch area and one with two twin beds with private full bath (shower only). On the third floor, you will find a small tower area- the perfect place to soak in the amazing views. Masterpiece- Combo includes the king bedroom guest house, Short Story, which includes a living area, full kitchen with small refrigerator, dining area for two and a full bath. Washer/Dryer included. A 5-night minimum is required in the summer season.

Why the Owner Chose WaterColor:
I suppose there are bigger and more famous destinations in the world but none more special to us. Visiting Watercolor and Seaside years ago made memories that last til today. Being able to own and share with others is a dream come for us. In addition to a wonderfully charming and friendly town the entire region is so unspoiled and spectacular. There are over 20,000 acres in preservation in South Walton County. A genuine treasure.

Here you have the freedom to choose what each day brings; a bike ride, sunset watching, relaxing on the beach. These things are perhaps better here than anywhere but the cool thing is you can be more adventurous if you want. Fishing, Yolo Boarding, Tennis, Nature Excursion, Shopping, Dining its a big list - small to big. Overall the lifestyle here is all about slowing down enough to enjoy whatever you are doing.
