Nobellah’s Retreat is a great place to spend time with family and friends and get away from the hustle and bustle in a professionally decorated home with all the conveniences. Pensacola Street in Seaside is ideally located for quick access to the spectacular beach, the Westside pool and Seaside town square, all a very short walk from the house. There is a network of sand footpaths between picket fences which lead in many directions including around the adorable guest house just in back, Angel in the Dunes. *Our property is part of the Seaside collection which received a 98% guest satisfaction score!
A large, open-area 1st floor combines a very comfortable sitting area and entertainment center with a game area for adults as well as kids. The grand staircase in this open area is perfect for a bride’s entrance. With the spacious kitchen and dining area adjacent to the sitting area, the cooks won’t get left out of the conversation. Internet access is also available.
The downstairs bedrooms have a themed décor --nautical and garden, one has a queen size bed, the other has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have separate bathrooms. The upstairs Master “tropical” suite has a queen size bed with a wonderful private bath and a separate sitting room with a trundle bed. The spacious, air-conditioned third story tower can sleep four comfortably on queen size futons, but there is no adjacent bathroom. This tower is a great hangout for kids or teens, and of course, for adults at sunset with a cocktail in hand. The tower has a wonderful deck with adirondack chairs. The view from the tower is simply one of the best in Seaside.
In Seaside, guests have access to 3 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, and a fitness center.

We loved Nobellah's Retreat! We've been renting in Seaside for 10 years, and this house is one of our favorites. The main floor living area is very spacious - great tables for dining and game playing. The bedrooms are also spacious and decorated nicely, and the master bathroom is lovely. Our kids loved the bunkbeds!! My only (very minor) complaint was that there were no dish towels or hot pads in the kitchen. You couldn't ask for a better location - just minutes from both the beach and town. All in all, a fabulous Seaside home!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed over at Nobellah's the weekend of the Seaside School Half Marathon. The location was perfect! Walking distance to the center of town and perfect viewing for the marathon. House was very nice. They had just finished some renovations as we arrived but the house was great. The kids loved the loft and the main level and bedrooms were a great size. Would definitely stay again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Nobellah's Retreat is a great cottage in Seaside. Everything was very clean. Loved all the windows and the floor plan of the house. Our teenage boys loved the 3rd floor loft. The location on Pensacola Ave. was perfect. An easy walk to the beach or town square. Loved the wrap around porch. It was a terrific vacation for us.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Nobellah's Retreat served as a fabulous weekend getaway for my bachelorette party! It is picturesque from the outside with the adorable wrap-around porch and rocking chairs, and the inside is even better. The common area was very spacious, and the layout of the bedrooms & bathrooms was perfect for ten or more girls. We had plenty of space and never once felt cramped. Everything in the house was very clean and felt like new. The location of Nobellah's is absolutely ideal- just a short walk to the beach access, pool, and Seaside village. I would come back anytime!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

A wonderful property that I would look forward to staying in again. All the amenities you could possibly want; a 3 minute walk to the glorious beach and a great town square scene 2 blocks away. R/E company was on top of all of our needs, anticipating most before we arrived. Just got back from a wonderful Seaside weekend at Nobellah's Retreat and Angel Dunes with 4 couples. The property was clean and well maintained and just as advertised. Very close walking proximity to the beach and the restaurants in Seaside. VR30a Property Management was very responsive and very attentive in making sure everything was right with the rental property during our stay. Would come back to this property in a heart beat. Perfect for couples getaway or a family trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
