This 11th floor Tower 3 BEACH FRONT unit has a terrific view, with a wrapround balcony. It has 3 bedrooms and is directly on the water.
THIS UNIT DIRECTLY OVERLOOKS THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE WATER OF THE GULF OF MEXICO.
EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT, voted one of the 100 resorts in the country. Edgewater Resort is the most luxurious preferred lodging facility in Panama City Beach. It is a beautiful, upscale, premier resort.
There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24-hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approximately 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, para sailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.
Over 110 private acres and more than 1000 feet of private Gulf-front. Nearby is a fishing pier extending far into the Gulf. Within the resort is a nine-hole par-three golf course meandering through lagoons and ponds. Shipwreck Island Water Park and many eateries are within walking distance.
This unit has been recently painted and redecorated. You are a short walk from a shopping center with restaurants, a ten screen movie theatre, grocery store, ice cream parlor, subway sandwich shop, etc. There are several piers near by for fishing and a state park right down the road.
This non-smoking unit has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice-maker, blender, oven, toaster oven, microwave, etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private master bath with Jacuzzi tub and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The other bedroom has two full size beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The patio has lounge chairs and a patio set The view of the blue water and the white sand is breathtaking. This is the perfect place for a family vacation!

We arrived a little bit early on Saturday and they were willing to let us check in as soon as our room was clean and ready. Check in was a breeze! The condo was fabulous! I could not have asked for more. We have definitely found our new place to stay. The pools were clean and nice. Beach was literally steps away from the pool. We had no issues with parking.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful view to the pool and beach from balcony. Great view of golf course from my front door. Condos are very spacious and fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a small problem, our ice maker wasn`t working, but company sent a maintenance man right away, problem was solved. Great food and prices at pool side restaurants. Pool is beautiful and the beach sand is like silk. You can collect nice shells at the beach. We like Edgewater and we are looking forward to come back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.
