  My family and I have rented this beach house every year for the past 4 years for New Years Eve, as well as a few weekend stays here and there. We are a local family and love this side of Panama City! We always feel at home here and have plenty of room for our entire family! The beach here is perfect for families with small children. It is in a more secluded part of the beach access and there are several times where you pretty much can have the beach to yourself. We find this home very family friendly and my neices especially love the bunk room which they call "their room." The owners have updated the condo recently and the downstair floors are beautiful and easy to keep swept with all the sand. The new porch is awesome also! We love staying here and cannot wait for our next oppurtunity to stay!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  We stayed here in June 2012. It was our 2nd time renting this condo. I was dissapointed in the cleaning and up keep of it. There were no sheets on the upstairs guest bedroom bed. There was a quarter size piece of soap stuck to the master bath tub. In the bunk room the bottom bunk mattress had holes all in, it looked like burn holes. The mattress was sitting in the floor. When it rained water leaked in the living room through the top of the sliding glass doors. In the downstairs bathroom it was very dusty. It needs some updating and it also needs a new housekeeper. The location is great for a quiet family friendly vacation. Would love to stay there again as long as it was cleaned and repaired.

  Owner response: Thanks for your feedback and we are sorry for the cleaning and repair issues. We have addressed each of your concerns, especially, the cleaning issues. We have hired a new cleaning group that we have gotten great feedback about. We have made many repairs to our unit and we are in the process of undergoing some major rennovations at the end of this rental season. Again, we apologize for your inconvinience and we hope that you will give our unit another try in the future.

• Best area for quiet beach

  we stayed for a week and I wish we had stayed much longer. Its a roomy place that will easily accommodate two families. It needs a little updating on the inside but the beach access and proximity to restaurants were so great it didn't matter. It was clean and the beach here is perfect for families. Bring umbrellas and beach chairs!

  Owner response: Thanks so much for your feedback. Due to my health issues, we were not able to get all of the updating that I wanted to complete for our townhouse before this rental season began. However, we are about to do some major rennovations at the end of this rental season and we hope that you and your family will return and provide us with feedback about the changes that we made. We are going to put new flooring down, pain interior and exterior, rebuild decks, re-do bathrooms, etc. I think that you will be very pleased with the changes.
