Our lovely, Non-Smoking suite is without a doubt situated in the best location on the entire beach in Kahana. It's a PRIVATE,GROUND FLOOR,CORNER END UNIT, JUST 20 FEET FROM THE BEACH!! An absolutely PERFECT setting... continually reminding you that you are indeed in Paradise!! On you own oasis...

Very spacious 1100 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, with double sliding doors off the living room to the huge patio. Tropical gardens accent the patio area which delivers to you the most spectacular ocean and outer island view you could ever imagine.

The second bedroom, adjacent to the living room,also opens to the patio facing the ocean. And during the day, it's pocket doors can be opened to the living room, allowing for maximum living room space and views. The two twin Murphy beds can even be easily flipped back into the wall with the flick of one hand.
The extra large master bedroom ,equipped with king bed,boasts a huge picture window looking off to the ocean and the Island Molokai. No views of any other buildings,just the deep blue!!
We have just completed a rennovation with gorgeous tile, granite countertops, new carpet, paint, drapes, furniture, etc! It is simply perfect!
In addition to the SPECTACULAR VIEWS,BEST PRIVATE GROUND FLOOR LOCATION,LOVELY TROPICAL DECOR,HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION, BEACHFRONT POOL, there is even UNDERGROUND ASSIGNED PARKING!
There are several great restaurants and shops just a few minute walk from the condo. The Kahana Gateway Center offers just about anything you might need,from an Internet Cafe to fabulous dining options,from a convenience store to several Boutiques selling local arts,crafts,and Hawaiian Island fashions. And the neighboring resort areas of Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua are just a few miles away. You can even catch the free shuttle to these areas just a couple minute walk from the condo.

  • Being a frequent guest at this property owner's condos, I had high expectations for this condo. It did not disapoint. I am a frequent traveler to Maui and have done most of the things there are to do here, so this was a real R&R for me. The sun shade on the patio, made it comfortable during the later day when the sun shines directly into the condo. It cuts out the sun but you can see directly thru it. Being from a cold climate, I like to be outside as much as I can and the sun shade made that possible. There is no air conditioning, but the air flow is great along with the ceiling fans and there are extra portable fans in the unit if you need them. I even took one out onto the patio during a very hot afternoon and it made it very comfortable. You travel so far to come here, I do not want to be cooped up inside in airconditoning to stay cool, for me it was perfect. Professionally cleaned, plenty of towels and lots of hot water. Also books, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and much more, I forgot my hat and there are 3 here to choose from. I cooked all my meals here in the well stocked kitchen with a great view to the outside. Also, love the convenience of the washer and dryer. I really like the location of it as an end unit. Very little foot traffic walking by if you like your privacy. A great value with terrific view, compare to a hotel room on the beach and come here instead. I even saw whales during the end of April, first part of May.It would be perfect during whale migration season. Look for turtles swimming by. I also really like the assigned parking space and recycling containers in the underground parking area. For my money, I will continue to book with this owner. I know that I am getting a place that is, what it says it is, even better. The photos do not do it justice. Sherrie, the property owner lives on Maui and is so easy to work with. She cares about your satisfaction and feedback. I look forward to my next stay!
