One of the resort’s largest rental properties at 3,200-square feet, this five-bedroom oceanfront home has what it takes to be your vacation headquarters.
Far from an empty shell, this three-story dream getaway is stylishly decorated and loaded with special features such as hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms and a living room surround sound system.
Did we mention the incredible ocean views, especially from the two porches on the upper levels? You won’t find any better around here. Indeed, this is one beach home that will exceed your expectations.
The layout is pretty straightforward. The common areas are all on the middle floor, while all the bedrooms are on the first and third floors. Not surprisingly, the master suite gets the sweetest location in the house – top floor, oceanfront.
You’ll find the living area, dining area and kitchen on the second floor in a large open room. Light-blue walls and colorful furnishings amid the hardwood floors create an upscale beach-cottage look.
A light-green sectional couch makes for comfortable seating in the living area. The dining table is a large wooden one with eight chairs, and there is additional bar-style seating at the counter. The kitchen is spacious and user friendly. Completing the second floor is a covered deck off the living area overlooking the beach. It’s equipped with a patio table and chairs.
Downstairs are three bedrooms, including one with a king bed that faces the ocean. One of the other bedrooms has a queen and one has a double bed.
The third level has the final two bedrooms. The master occupies most of the floor and includes a large open deck with panoramic ocean views. The other bedroom features two double beds.
This outstanding vacation rental is located within Wild Dunes, a gated island resort known for its relaxed feel and great amenities. Even better, it’s just minutes away from historic Charleston, S.C.
If you rent this home, you get all the rights and privileges of a Wild Dunes Resort guest. This includes: access to the Grand Pavilion oceanfront pools, boardwalk, cafe and facilities; exclusive access to the NEW Wild Dunes Pool, Palm Cove; access to the Island Adventures recreational program that offers fun activities and excursions for kids and adults; one hour of complimentary tennis court time per bedroom per day based on availability from noon to 6 p.m.; complimentary access to the fitness center, swim center pool, and resort Business Center; priority on golf tee times and preferred rates on the Links Course and Harbor Course; and complimentary transportation within the Resort.
