This spacious 61m2 apartment in the heart of the resort of Monte Estoril, one of the most prestigious regions in Portugal, shoulder to shoulder with the world known Estoril, is composed of the following: One bedroom with a double bed. Living/dining room with 25m2, including a three suite sofa with a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs and TV. Fitted kitchen including dish and clothes washers, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, four gas cooking rings, electric oven, pots and pans, etc. Entrance hall, larder, bathroom including wash basin, bath tub with shower attachment, loo and bidet. An attractive feature of this apartment is its own private paved area and garden for exclusive use of this apartment, plus garden table and chairs to eat or relax “al fresco”. Another attraction is its own private entrance at ground level through the garden. The main entrance of the building is through Avenida Biarritz, although the apartment has a second, its own private entrance, through Avenida do Lago.

The weekly price quoted includes towels, linen, gas, electricity, hot water and a clean apartment when you move in. Extra cleaning and change of linen and towels will cost extra.

ESTORIL... An internationally known resort, Estoril has all the facilities you will need together with a natural beauty and individual architecture blending with the surroundings. It is worth taking a stroll along to Monte Estoril, where you will find many pretty buildings on the way. In the park in front of the Casino, a colourful scene pleases the eye, edged by tall, tropical palm trees. Without losing any of its natural charm, Estoril has spread and now offers many facilities for the visitor.

BEACHES... Beaches on the Estoril Coast face south in a continuous line from the Tagus Estuary and are known for their calm waters and fine sand. All modern facilities are available - changing rooms, beach tents, shades, restaurants, bars, etc.

Carcavelos a wide, long beach, very popular and ideal for surfing. Parede's climate is exceptionally rich in iodine, ideal for bone disorders. Two of the best orthopaedic hospitals in Europe are situated here. You can bathe on the Tamariz beach in Estoril almost all the year round. The beaches of Cascais have names like the "Marchioness" and the "Queen," reminding us of the time when it was the "Land of Kings and fishermen." Portuguese kings and many exiled kings have lived in Cascais over the years.

Guincho Beach, lying at the foot of the Sintra Hills and facing the Atlantic Ocean, should not be missed. The sand dunes blend subtly with the pine trees, the sea rich in fish - rushes here and there into majestic caverns such as the famous Boca do Inferno, which is well worth a visit. The vegetation is varied and beautiful and mostly of the Mediterranean type. Guincho has always been ideal for surfing owing to the large breakers, but it is now becoming increasingly known for windsurfing - a sport much developed over the last few years.
