If you are looking for a beautiful condo with gorgeous views this is the vacation home for you. Our condo is 1200 sq ft and fully renovated. In the winter you will see the snowy mountain valley and in the summer a lush golf course. Ski Winter Park and Solvista!! Pay less and enjoy your vacation even more. Our mountain offers night skiing and tubing every Saturday 5-8pm.
Ages 5 and under are free and 6 and up are only $10.00. Also our mountain has over 37 trails, a progression park and even a half pipe to choose from. Lift tickets range from $30-$60. We welcome to the most family-friendly ski mountain you’ll find anywhere.
Two separate yet interconnected mountains make this a skiing experience everyone can enjoy. While the East Mountain is a beginner and intermediate skier’s paradise, the West Mountain offers terrain to whet the appetite of more advanced skiers. SolVista Basin is the perfect place for kids and parents alike, as all runs lead to a single location at the base.
Our condo is only 80 miles from Denver, 15 minutes from Winter Park and Grand Lake. If you want to ski, golf, fish or do any outdoor activity we have it. There are great restaurants and wonderful shopping just minutes from our home.

We spent a month in this condo in Granby Ranch. The condo was even better than described. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The owner was very helpful in getting arrangements made for our visit and lots of help in places to go and what to do. We loved the view from our deck and the great weather. We loved the central location and enjoyed various hikes and golf courses. We had various members of our family visit and enjoyed trips into Rocky Mountain National Park and rafting at Kremmling. The town of Grand Lake has great shops and restaurants. Would love to make this an annual trip and maybe stay longer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We celebrated our mothers 75th birthday at this property and it was amazing. The entire family had such a great time that we are already planning next year! Tarrah was so amazing with all the planning of this event. She helped me acquire a neighboring condo (just as fab) so that my large family could spread out between the 2 places. This was the best! Not only was Tarrah great at the planning, she also left several coupon books in the condo for our family to use...great discounts on skiing and local restaurants! Thanks Tarrah for making my mothers 75th birthday such a wonderful event!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is a wonderful condo with a fabulous view. It is nicely furnished and the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Being close to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park made site seeing easy. Plus, it was nice to come back to the condo for dinner and not have to deal with the 4th of July crowds at the restaurants. Our kids especially enjoyed the hot tub (with the TV over it) in the condo. The only minor difficultly was getting the lock box open, to get the key, when we arrived.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

Highly recommended condo. Very affordable. Clean. Great location. It was really nice to have a hot tub in the room and such a great view from that room as well. Plenty of room. The owner even provided us with coupon booklets to help us save while we were there. Thanks!!! This condo was awesome!! The condo was well designed and we really felt at home. The owner was very informative and easy to work with. She left us a ton of discounts that saved us a few hundred dollars on our vacation. The condo was so close to the lift and it was easy to ski to at the end of the day. We did not have to drive our car to the resort we could jump on the lift and go up the mountain. At the end of the day we all would come home and jump into the hot tub, which was so big and nice. It overlooks the beautiful mountain valley. The condo had so much space that our family never felt cramped. All the beds were so comfortable, they all had additional feather beds on top of the mattress. It was so easy for all of to get ready in the morning because the condo has 3 full baths. There were games for the family and extras for the young kids like, a stroller, a highchair and a pack and play. They had all the supplies to cook in the condo. That saved us a bunch because we go to cook all of our breakfasts and dinners. Granby was great and I would recommend this condo to any family or couple that wants to come out for ski season or for all the great summer events. We will be back again this summer and next winter!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a great time in the condo! It is hard if you have little ones to keep things quiet (we had twin three year olds). The floor plan has open ceilings which made nap time challenging. Other than that, the condo was in great shape and close to the lifts. Sol Vista is so family friendly and inexpensive that finding an equally great deal in a condo is incredible! Granby has some GREAT restaurants (try Maverick's fried pickles) and location is not far from 70 out of Denver. An all around great time was had by all.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 kids in this unit. It was accurately described, with a great view and conveniently located. The owner is an extremly easy individual with whom to work. THe price was very reasonable for the ammenities it provided. . . especially the private hot tub within the unit. I would definitely recommend to others.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is a very great condo that makes you feel at home. Beautiful views, and a great location. We had a great time. Wish we could have stayed longer and I would love to stay there during the ski season because the lift is right outside the condo complex.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed a week here in July 2010 and had a great time. The location was good for day trips, and there were also many things to do in the immediate area or within a short drive. The hot tub was in good shape and we used it each day. Our family used the kitchen to avoid eating out every meal. There is a grocery store close by. The best feature might be the view, which is excellent. Headwaters Golf Course is close.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.
