Built in 2002, this $1,000,000+, waterfront home features a fantastic harbor view, a luxury swimming pool/hot tub, and a screened lanai. Beautifully furnished, this three-bedroom/two-bath, Key West-style villa features a 25' x 25' great room with 24-foot sliding glass doors providing a full view and wonderful outdoor/indoor living.
Enjoy water views from every room. There is a ten-foot aquarium window in the dining room.
The master bedroom (16' x 16') features a four-poster, king-size bed, French doors to the swimming pool, a walk-in shower and Roman tub, and 'his and hers' sinks. The second bedroom (14' x 14') offers a queen-size bed; and the third bedroom (12' x 12') has two twin beds.
The home offers 'custom everything'. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a TV in every room, and a stereo system that covers the house.
There is a sleeper sofa and an extra twin bed for additional sleeping accommodations.
There is a private dock for boat mooring and fishing. Fishing rods and tackle are provided—a fifteen pound snook was once caught from our dock! Dolphins visit frequently.
The home is close to everything, conveniently located between Fort Myers and Sarasota. His and her bikes are provided at the house, as well as three sets of quality golf clubs.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was very relaxing to see the dolphins and beatiful sunsets off the sun deck. My son caught catfish off the dock and enjoyed the beautiful pool. I would definitely recommend this to friends for their vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Spent probably the best time ever in Florida, this being our 9th trip along the Gulf Coast. The house is immaculate and the property and view are some of the best we have ever had. We will not hestitate to return to this property and have already recommended the property to several friends who also do the "snow bird" thing. This is also a great area for shopping and also for dining. And if you are one of the lucky ones, you may even experience Cahal at his best, with his voice and piano. There was nothing to do BUT TO ENJOY, ENJOY AND ENJOY! A truly great holiday for our entire family!!!! Our family drove from ct to fla non-stop to a family wedding. We were exhausted when we arrived but when we walked through the doors our mouths dropped! This was perfect hide away to regroup and recharge. It lacked nothing. Only two regrets...we should have paid to have the pool heated and we wished one of us knew how to play the piano. The view, the light, the space was grand. You made our trip! Excellent comunication and follow through. THANKSRecommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
