Ventanas is the Spanish word for windows and this lovely four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath cottage has an abundance of them both bright and beautiful. Spectacular views of the beachside and townscape abound. The desirable location south of 30A means you are just steps from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
In typical Seaside style, the majority of bedrooms are located on the first floor as well as a sitting room with wide screen TV/DVD. The first floor master bedroom features a queen bed and private bath plus a deck. Additionally a second queen bedroom has a private bath and the third bedroom with a bunk bed also has a private bath. The second floor master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and a balcony. The second floor has a large living room area with tall ceilings and French doors that open up to views of the Gulf and the town of Seaside. The second floor also has three wide screen TVs as well as amenities like two covered porches and alfresco dining . The fully appointed kitchen and dining room are open to each other but well defined. The kitchen contains a five burner gas cook top for discerning chefs.
Up a spiral staircase on the beachside porch is a third floor deck that offers a 360 degree view of the Gulf and town. This is the perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset when the traditional bell rings. This stylish and nurturing design places Ventanas among Seaside, Florida’s finest beach side offerings.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside:
The fantastic region and cool little beach town have so much to offer, we love it! We visit as often as we can but also enjoy the outstanding feedback from our guest’s visits. In late May of 2010 there will be a new first class airport open near Panama City and traveling will become enormously easier if you chose to fly. Southwest will even begin service to the area.

It’s more than owning in Seaside, it is part of your life and a special part. We just recently went through the home from top to bottom to make sure everything meets a high standard. We upgraded much of the kitchen and made some subtle cosmetic changes. It was pretty wonderful before and its even better today – Enjoy!
