This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Condo is the place to be. It's right on the beach side, so you don't have to cross the highway to get to the water. There is a convenience store, ice-cream parlor, restaurant and Seafood shack directly across the street. Shopping and movie theater nearby.
We provide the linens, such as sheets, towels and washcloths. We also provide toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, DW liquid and garbage bags.
We also have board games and card games for those rainy days. But don't forget to bring your own just in case you don't like our selection.
Come stay and enjoy the atmosphere of the beach!! You'll love it here in Gulf Shores and at Sunrise Village.
The bunk bed in one of the rooms is a twin on top and a double on bottom!

Year Purchased: 2010
Our names are Todd and Andi Robinson. We just purchased our condo in February of this year. This is something that I have wanted since I was young, to own a condo on the beach. Well, my wonderful husband didn't stop looking until he found me the perfect condo. It's not the most expensive and the most luxurious, but hey, it's OURS!! God has blessed us so much through the years and now he has made one of my dreams come true!
Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Village
It's quiet and there's not a lot of traffic and there's only 36 units in this complex.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The short walk to the water. My kids love to go get ice-cream right across the street and we love to order steamed lobster and shrimp from the Seafood store.

This is a great condo in a great location for a great price! The owner is so sweet and wonderful to work with! Right on the beach, walking distance from several stores and very close to our favorite restaurants!

WHAT A WEEK! Had family & friends coming to town & need more room! WHY NOT HEAD TO THE BEACH? Awesome price, AWESOME location, All around AWESOME place! Walked across the street for dinner & some singing @ West Beach Blvd, groceries @ Waves, Seafood @ The seafood place! ALL RIGHT THERE! Beach was beautiful & clean! Walk to The Hangout & all the little shops (About 1 mile). Watched dolphins play & chased the crabs every night! Condo was perfect & had everything we needed to cook all meals! When the kids weren't in the gulf, they were in the pool! Bearly had to leave all week! Property owner is a christian lady (family) & O SO SWEET! WE WILL RENT AGAIN!
