Built in 1999, this custom, single-family home will make your VAIL vacation comfortable and memorable. The home is nine minutes from the ski lift and on the Town of Vail free bus route which runs every 15 minutes. This allows you and your guests or kids the flexibility to come and go as you please without the hassle of a car and paid parking.
This Non-Smoking home has FOUR LARGE BEDROOMS , EACH WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE BATH. The master suite on the main living area, has a king-size bed, fireplace, steam shower, double sinks, Pool table, TV, office area complete with computer and HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET ACCESS and WIRELESS for your laptops. Additional bedrooms have one king, one queen, and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.
The home has an open floorplan which is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The home is bright and sunny during the day and the gas fireplaces keep you comfortable and cozy when the sun goes down. The main level features a gourmet kitchen, bar/island/eating area open to the living room, formal living room with fireplace, TV/media center, Dining room seating 8-10,pool table, and Master suite. In addition to the formal living room, there is a separate Den with a fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR, piano, where the kids or young adults can enjoy themselves while you relax or entertain on the main level.
The free bus is about 50 yards away. So you're out the back door, on the bus, and on the lift heading up the mountain in minutes. Plus everyone in your party has the flexibility to come and go throughout the day as they please.

WE BUILT THIS HOUSE ORIGINALLY AS A SECOND HOME WHEN WE WERE LIVING IN DENVER AND THE FAMILY WERE ALL SKIING. NOW I'M RETIRED, THE KIDS HAVE MOVED ON AND THIS IS MY PRIMARY RESIDENCE. I STILL LOVE TO SKI VAIL,BUT I ALSO LIKE TO TAKE SHORT VACATIONS TO WARMER CLIMATES OR VISIT THE KIDS, SO I RENT VIA VRBO A FEW TIMES A SEASON.THE HOME IS WELL EQUIPPED,TASTEFULLY FURNISHED AND ALL OF MY PREVIOUS GUESTS HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY.YOU WILL LOVE THE HOME AND ITS CONVENIENCE TO THE LIFTS.

We had a great stay. Everything we needed for the week was there. The owners were nice enough to even provide us with a Christmas tree. Would definitely rent again if back in Vail, hopefully with better weather!

Elly and Eric, We have had a wonderful time in your beautiful home and it worked out very well for our family. Thank you so much. We will be leaving first thing tomorrow - Wednesday- and I want to leave you an update. I have fresh linens on all the beds and the bathrooms have been cleaned. I did leave quite a few condiments in the refrigerator and also some food. I don't know when Eric is returning but there in nothing in there that will spoil over a short period of time. The refrigerator light burned out about 3 weeks ago but it has not been a problem. Again, our thanks, we had a wonderful summer. This worked out so well for our family that should you ever decide to sell your place please let us know before you list it with a realtor. We are very interested.
