Suite Magnolia II is a stylish and comfortable duplex-style cottage similar to Suite Magnolia I, but with a little more privacy. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds; both with private baths and access to a shared porch with Suite Magnolia I. Upstairs, the second floor includes a kitchen with dining area, a living room, half bath and a private furnished balcony. This quiet location on Forrest Street is great for riding bikes or for a peaceful walk, making it a perfect cottage for smaller families.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside:
It's hard to leave this place. I just LOVE Seaside. Suite Magnolia I and II are located on Forest Street, tucked back in the quiet area. You can very easily walk to the pools or the beach. In fact walking or biking is encouraged here. I wouldn't want to have my vacation home anywhere else.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
You have the freedom to choose what each day brings... a bike ride, sunset watching, very relaxing pastimes like the beach... those things are perhaps better here than anywhere but the cool thing is you can be more adventurous if you want. Fishing, Yolo Boarding, Tennis, Nature Excursion, Shopping, Dining its a big list - small to big. Overall the lifestyle here is all about slowing down enough to enjoy whatever you are doing.
