Once we were able to communicate with the owner, we were pleased at how fast and easy this rental was. The pictures are updated and you are seeing what you get! Large and open great room with views and very nice kitchen for a Seabrook rental. Location is convenient to the entance and the views of the marsh are calming and private. Upstairs bathroom is very nice!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We stayed at this villa in the summer of 2012. While the villa is otherwise adequate, it is NOT a two bedroom villa. It is a one bedroom with two sleeper sofas, neither of which is in an enclosed room. There is only one bed!!!
