The manager was so helpful to book within 2 days. The apartment is near my family and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice decorations! My only criticism is I was expecting a courtyard with some running space but overall, it was a fun few days. Thank you!Recommended for: Families with young children

We had an excellent stay at Queen Anne Paseo. The apartment is quite, clean, and has very comfortable beds. Best thing is the #2 bus picks up right out front and takes you directly to the Science Center and downtown. Plus there are coffee shops and cafes within a 5-minute walk in both directions.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The property worked well for us. It was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and we even had a "little" view of the water from the dining room. The house was decorated very well, and we were all very comfortable. Someone even ordered some fantastic weather for us! Hope to return to your beautiful city soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I stayed at the Queen Anne Paseo apartment in June 2012 with my husband, our toddler, and my parents. It was our first time visiting Seattle. We loved loved loved this location. It was in a very nice neighborhood, with everything we needed just a short walk away. We even walked to and from the space needle from this location. The apartment was clean, with more than enough blankets and towels for all five of us. The property manager was very helpful and timely when providing us with any necessary information. We would certainly stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I highly recommend this property! We stayed in Paseo 306 for a week and loved the quiet neighborhood and close location to all Seattle has to offer. We have 3 small kids, and it was nice to have a small courtyard for them to play safely outside in when they got too squirrely. We could easily keep an eye on them from the living room. I also loved the peek-a-boo view of the sound and Olympics. Very clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay hear again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This apartment is in a great location, with a bus stop in front, and with in walking distance of several great coffee shops, restaurants and interesting shops. We enjoyed the local farmers market on Thursday evening. There are great views of puget sound and downtown Seattle from Queen Anne and even a peek a boo view from the apartments kitchen window! The unit was very clean and had all the amenities one would hope for in an apartment with enough room for a group of 4-6. The designated parking spot for the unit is another plus for those with a car.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We had a great stay at Queen Anne Paseo. The location is terrific: bus to downtown stops on the corner, stores (including Trader Joe's) and restaurants all in walking distance, The neighborhood is gorgeous, and every walk was fascinating. Nice views from large windows to front and back, so even on cloudy days the place felt airy. Kitchen is fully stocked, and manager (Debra) answered all questions and took care of any small problems that arose.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I, our 15 month old daughter, and my parents stayed in the apartment over Father's Day weekend 2011 and had a great time. The property manager/owner provided a pack and play and a high chair for our daughter's use, and answered our questions about nearby parks and ammenities very quickly. The property was very accurately represented in the photos and description and I would absolutely recommend it to friends or family who needed a place to stay in the Seattle area.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at Queen Anne Paseo for 5 days in June while celebrating my daughter's wedding in Seattle. The location could not have been better. We were able to take my 1 year old grandson on beautiful walks in the neighborhood, the views were spectacular over the city from just a few streets away. We were close to everything and enjoyed shopping in the Queen Anne area, Macrina Bakery is a must!! The accommodations were just like the pictures and very comfortable. Thank-you for a lovely stay - we would definitely stay again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The apartment was very clean and the decorating was thematically congruent through the whole place making it very aesthetically appealing. We stayed with another couple and it was nice to be able to come back at night and hang out in the living room as opposed to having to go to separate hotel rooms. It's located in Queen Anne, and although we didn't get to explore the area as much as we would have like to, we will make it a priority during our next stay. It's relatively close to downtown seattle which is nice. A little far to walk but a $5-10 cab ride will get you there no problem. We will be coming back for sure.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We absolutely loved our stay in Queen Anne Paseo!! Such a beautiful suite and complex. The decorating was gorgeous and the beds were so comfy to sleep in! The location is awesome, its walking distance to a neat little district with tons of shops and cafes. Also, it is really close to downtown either a short drive or cab ride. We (family of four) just got back from a wonderful four days in Seattle. The apartment met all of our needs and was even better than we had hoped for. The location is picturesque, surrounded by lots of trees and beautiful old homes. We loved being walking distance from Trader Joe's, Top Pot Doughnuts, Kerry Park (amazing view!), and the bus stop. The apartment was quiet and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We stayed here with six friends. The place is in a nice neighborhood and is very nice inside. Everything was clean and we would definately recommend it to anyone thinking of coming to Seattle. We will be vactioning again in 2 years and will be calling this company again when we do. They were great to work with. The place was clean, comfortable and in a great location! Moreover, the neighborhood was gorgeous and perfect for morning and/or evening walks. Debra answered all our questions promptly and put my mind at ease even before I got to Seattle. My family of 5 was blessed to find this property. Our daughter was graduating from Seattle Pacific University and we liked having our own apartment for family to stay in. We ate our breakfasts and one dinner in and saved alot of money instead of dining out. If you stay here make sure to go down the road to Macrina Bakery. This was our first visit to Seattle, but it's not going to be our last. The apartment was perfect for our honeymoon. The location was ideal for catching the bus to downtown and the neighborhood is beautiful and friendly. We had a great time, even though we forgot our smoked salmon in the apartment's refrigerator!! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to both off street and on street parking. In addition, bus route 2 to Madrona is available in front of the apartment. This route will take you to downtown, capitol hill and terminates in Madrona. One of the best overlooks of the city of Seattle is a located a few blocks from the Queen Ann Paseo. In addition, there are great restaurants, coffee shops and an amazing donut shop within less than a half mile away. The apartment itself is quaint and works well for a short or long term stay. I will recommend the apartment to friends and family members. A visitor from the Queen City (Cincinnati, Ohio).Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great location, fairly quiet neighborhood, glimpses of Olympic Peninsula Mountains on a clear day from the dining area window! Wonderful walks in any direction. Library a couple blocks away, Macrina Bakery & Cafe at 615 W McGraw (just 6 blocks away), Trader Joe's on Galer St. about 5 blocks away, and Queen Anne Ave just another block from there with all the amenties, coffee shops, anything you'd want! The bus stop is just down the street. Managers are super and the apartment has everything described plus more! The photos reflect the decor precisely! In addition to being a great romantic get-away, it is also great for grand-parents wanting to spend time with a new grandchild (or any family) as a home away from home for a short stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
