Captain's Quarters on Navarre Beach is a LUXURY condo that was an airline captain and his wife's primary residence for the last 10 years and as such it is extremely well maintained and fully equipped for your relaxation and pleasure. The 11th floor condo has a commanding view of both the Emerald Coast white sand beaches and the huge Beach Colony Resort pool. Featuring 1750 square feet of living space and over 250 square feet of balcony, this condo is much more than your typical beach get-away. Professionally decorated and furnished with Tommy Bahama furniture, style has not been sacrificed for comfort.
The sunsets from the large oversize circular balcony are astonishing and it is not unusual to see schools of fish or a pod of dolphins while having breakfast or morning coffee. If the weather turns inclement, there are four TV's including a huge 60' HDTV in the great room. The master bedroom features doors to the balcony and a whirlpool bathtub with views to the water below. All guest bedrooms have their own balconies facing the Intercoastal waterway and the tennis courts. There is a hand painted Scooby-doo mural in the children's bathroom that is sure to delight the kids.
Whether dabbing your toes in the warm surf, walking along the snow-white sandy beach, or even enjoying a book at the pool, this condo is a great vacation waiting to happen.

We just got back and really enjoyed our time in this condo. We have been to Navarre Beach for the last 18 years, and this may be my new favorite. The complex is very well maintained, and the pool is fabulous and never crowded since it's so large. The condo itself is nicely furnished and well stocked with absolutely no negatives. Thanks for a great year on the beach!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Can not express the words to describe the wonderful things about this vacation rental. We traveled from Houston to Florida for a baseball tournament and were so fortunate to find this lovely home to make our trip over-the-top fantastic. Thanks to our host family for allowing our family to have a memory that will never be forgotten. By the way..we have traveled to many beautiful beaches here and abroad, but I seriously had to keep reminding myself I was on the U.S. gulfcoast...the sunset and beach is exquisite.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Mike is a retired USAF pilot and has been an airline captain for 26years. Deb is retired from Sacred Heart Hospital...We love Navarre Beach with it's fluffy quartz sand and the warm Gulf of Mexico and enjoy our condo on the beach. We are making it available for part of the year while we are traveling but otherwise return frequently to enjoy the sunsets and surf. If you are looking for a great family vacation, we truly believe you will enjoy our large luxury condo and all that Beach Colony Resort and the Navarre Beach area have to offer....Go ahead...live a little.

My wife and I love the relative quiet and un-crowded beautiful white sand beach that is available year round at Navarre Beach. ALL the amenities one desires for a beach vacation are available at the Beach Colony Resort or nearby including the largest pool in the area. There are water views from nearly every room and the sunsets are simply incredible.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Navarre Beach is very safe and is a great area to take a walk or ride a bike on the over 30 miles of public bike paths. Within 30 to 45 minutes are nearly a dozen golf courses, outlet shopping, restaurants to serve nearly any appetite, National Seashore, and a US Navy air museum that rivals the Smithsonian.
